Rank these films from best to worst
Atlantis
> Great
TENG
> Good
Haven't seen the rest.
>Best
Brother bear
>Worst
The rest of them
From best to worst:
Atlantis, Treasure Planet, The Emperors new groove, Lilo & Stitch, Princess and the Frog, and Brother Bear.
Honestly I'd put Treasure Planet and Atlantis at about the same for pushing for things that Disney at the time didn't really try to aim for, and that's adventure movies with some amazing animation styles....that bloated the fuck out of the budget.
unironically some of disney's best, except maybe lilo which was always meh for me
the emperor's new groove (also best disney show based on a movie) > treasure planet > atlantis > chad brother bear > princess and the frog > lilo & stitch (the show was ok)
Treasure Planet
Emperor's New Groove
Lilo & Switch
Princess & The Frog
Atlantis
Brother Bear
>Great
The Emperors New Groove, Lio and Stitch, Treasure Planet
>Good
Atlantis, PatF
>Okay
Brother Bear
Pretty solid period for Disney.
I'd rank Atlantis in Great, but I feel like the second half falls just a tiny bit too short.
TP > Atlantis > TENG > Stitch > BB > Frog
Treasure Planet = Atlantis: The Lost Empire > The Emperor's New Groove > Lilo & Stitch >> The Princess and the Frog >>>>> Brother Bear
Lilo and Stitch
Atlantis
Kusco big adventure or whatever is called
Treasure Planet
I barely remember Princess and the frog, much less brother bear, but i remember finding Tiana's passion and friendship with the mayor's daughter endearing
TP >>> TENG > L&S >TP&TF > BB
TP is far above the rest for me, not only from it's setting and story. But because I also never had a father figure, and the Father-Son relationtionship Jim and Silvers grew into hits me hard every time.
The Princess & The Frog
Lilo & Stitch
The Emperor's New Groove
Atlantis
Treasure Planet
Roodypoo and the Pepe is obviously the worst of the worst and killed the Disney 2D department
>The Emperor's New Groove
>Treasure Planet
>Lilo & Stitch
>Brother Bear
>Atlantis: The Lost Empire
>TPATF
>Roodypoo and the Pepe
bruh
Emperor's New Groove > Brother Bear > Princess and the Frog > Lilo and Stitch
Haven't watched the other two
>Emperor's New Groove
Classic
>Treasure Planet
Underrated, absolutely brilliant aesthetic
>Lilo & Stitch
Been a while since I've seen it tbf
>Atlantis: The Lost Empire
You wouldn't have to change a lot to make it significantly better but the good moments are incredible
>TPATF
Antagonist is absolutely top notch but nothing else stuck
>Brother Bear
not sure if I've seen the whole movie but pretty meh from what I have seen
The Emperor's New Groove
Atlantis - I like the worldbuilding and I like that they tried doing something different even it it wasn't 100% successful
Treasure Planet - again, they did a good job with the worldbuilding and at least they tried something different
Lilo & Stitch
Brother Bear
Princess and the Frog - I liked the villain and the setting, but Disney tried so hard not to be offensive and not to upset anyone that they ended up with a mediocre movie with mostly boring/forgettable characters
Lilo & Stitch
Atlantis
Treasure Planet
Emperor's New Groove
Princess and the Frog
Brother Bear
And I like Brother Bear
Emperor's New Groove
Lilo and Stitch (I recognize that TP is probably technically better but that movie really hit home for me, almost put it above ENG)
Treasure Planet
>Huge power gap, the following three are almost interchangeable for me
Brother Bear
Princess and the Frog
Atlantis
?
It was a cool concept for a villain song, shame they never made an actual movie out of it.
Lilo & Stitch
Emperor's New Groove
Princess and the Frog
Atlantis
Treasure Planet
Brother Bear
It isn't that bad.
Treasure Planet is so freaking overrated that it hurts. It's a dull movie thefilmfile.com
Lilo and Stitch > Emperor's New Groove > Atlantis > Treasure Planet > Brother Bear > Princess and the Frog
Brother Bear wasn't terrible, just extremely tepid and uninspired, plus a little obnoxious. It's definitely belongs in that dark age for me
Reminder that, like it or not, even the infamous Shark Tale did better at the box office than any of these films, or any Disney film between Tarzan and Tangled for that matter. Just goes to show how much Dreamworks overshadowed Disney in the 2000s. It wasn't until early 2010s when things started to turn around
kys
The Emperor's New Groove > Atlantis > Lilo & Stitch > Treasure Planet > The Princess and the Frog > Brother Bear
They range from great to pretty good
Treasure
Lilo & Stitch
Emperor
Atlantis
Bears
Havn't seen frog yet
The point is that even Dreamworks at its most negatively received still did better than anything Disney made in the 2000s. We all know Disney is doing great right now, but it's easy to forget that there was a point in time in which the competition was winning the battle, and it lasted quite a while
>Emperor's new groove
>Lilo and Stitch
>Treasure Planet
>Atlantis
>Princess Frog
>Brother Bear
TP, AtLE, L&S, ENG, P&tF, BB.
This makes me happy. The public knew better : TP is boring, while ST is kino

Yeah, if you straight up pretend Pixar doesn't exist.
Stupid fag.
Didn't see Emperor, Treasure Planet or Lilo and Stitch
BUT
I'd say Atlantis was a fun adventure movie, Princess and the Frog was probably more genuine on the romance thing than any other Disney thing and, well, BROTHER BEAR?
