The fight would on forever if it was Immortal Hulk but ultimately the problem is 'Doomsday comes back and you can't kill him the same way twice'. If Hulk could trap him somewhere, he could win that fight.
The only thing that can really kill him for good is the actual end of the universe, so unless he does some kind of science/strat, he can't brute force him like he would anyone else.
