The first time Kenny was unhooded was in 1999, and yet every episode afterwards where they show him unhooded remains a treat.

How did they keep it fresh for so long?

I like unhooded Kenny best when he's just in the background not talking, like in the baseball and sarcastiball episodes.

A few things.
1) They don't overdo it. It's still an incredibly rare sight.
2) They don't make him overly talky, with the exception of Mysterion, where he changes his voice.
3) They still have something mysterious most of the time. He wears a mask, you see him from the back, Mysterion, etc.

Yeah, I'm glad they let him speak in his normal voice once in a while.

Its VERY rare, and usually only a line or two, but still.

Kenny is just the best character.

If you can endure the worst episodes of South Park you can enjoy the best episodes of American Dad. Unless you're just a fag.

I'd say American Dad and Rick and Morty have some good episodes worth watching, but I'd honestly rather watch an episode of modern South Park or The Simpsons.

Because aside from that first time they rarely call attention to it and it's mostly a background detail like Kenny himself .

I have an attachment to the characters. Maybe not anything after season 30, but I still think zombie seasons 11-20~ are watchable.

I haven't watched the latest seasons but I hope you get over your pretentious douche phase by the time you're 25.
