>even when trying to make the old version look overanimated it still looks choppy and stiff
The only one I can think of off the top of my head was the episode of O.K.K.O. where they made fun of their own pilot episode.
Has there been any times that this has worked other than them just straight up reusing footage?
Mystery INC?
Same thing with gumball
What episode? I want to see how they handled this
Back to the pilot
BASED and NORMAL WORDS
CRINGE and THE PROBLEM WITH APU
Turtles Forever, sorta
Teen Titans TTG crossover was so poorly animated for original titans
Not worth it, second half is just forced 9/11 propoganda
When did gumball do this?
>Several times
Nine times
i can do it. i will do it
That was horrendous.
It makes me really mad that they tried to make fun of the time when their show was actually good as if that were a negative.
Seth dislikes the earlier seasons since he didn't really find them funny and prefers the modern stuff, despite being worse in every way and lacking the heart and effort of the original run.
Modern Family Guy is literally just go animate.
I'll say it time and time again: Fuck that show, it's direction, and animation.
I still want to know what the hell happened behind the scenes.
The shorts always looked stiff and choppy, it just looked less clean because of the designs and how sloppily they were animated.
Cringe
>Everyone's blank expressions
>Peter and Chris, and Stewie and Brian are sitting in the exact same way
Jesus fuck they didn't even fucking try on that second image. People will actually defend this.
Weird, I just watched this episode last night and couldn't help but notice what a bad job they did emulating the old style of Family Guy
I think Scooby-Doo did it once but can't remember which show
Mystery Incorporated

Old Homer only said "frosty chocolate milkshakes" once, yet they always make it like it was his main catchphrase. Why?
Forced meme
I feel like they just really liked the delivery he gave on the original line. It's stuck with me too for some reason.
