Objectively, the wind speed is what allows it to take off, but this shit is exactly like it's motionless. If the plane is moving on stationary ground, the wind moves around the wings providing lift. If the plane is stationary/matched speed theres no air moving around the wing to help it take off

So no it cannot take off this shit is planes 101 you faggots this is the easiest question
