I stopped watching this crap after season 1 but it seems like the next three seasons are just torture porn to manipulate the audience into feeling sympathy for Korra

Torture-for-sympathy-points has got to be the all time worst writing trope to desperately redeem female characters the audience hates

Watching The Legend of Korra is self-harm.

>it seems like the next three seasons are just torture porn to manipulate the audience into feeling sympathy for Korra
That and jerking her off without having her do anything to earn it. Hacks and misogynists who pretend to be "totally with it you guys!" always fall back on this shit.

What went wrong with today's youth, bros?

They want to be treated like infants well into their adulthood

if Korra is the final straw that causes an hero, I think it's not much of a loss.

She did the fights to get her confidence back

internet was a mistake.

I dunno, maybe his parents beat him everyday or something so now he needs a trigger warning on every single thing. You kinda have to wonder about what turned these people into such spineless cucks.

The next 3 seasons feature her getting blown the fuck out from start to finish, she never grows as a character and remains brash, retarded, and mediocre at bending. It's impossible to feel sympathy for her because of how relentless her character flaws are, she's always doing something stupid, always offending people, she never once slows down and thinks, or reconsiders her choices.

What?? Korra came out before all this BS & now only you start saying sh it. Where were you it first came out? Stop BS on past animations sheesh. Leave the past alone. It had mistakes but not your agenda or any other todays agenda.

This reminds of the season 3 finale. It was glorious

Korra came out on Netflix recently, right on the heels of ATLA's Netflix release. And both just before the release of the live action ATLA series. So the people of current year are basically experiencing Korra for the first time, even if some of them have already seen Korra before. They have fresh "takes" on it now with their new progressive perspectives.

season 2 is truly garbage and retroactively makes atla a lot worse.

parents were over protective and created a coddling of the american mind (there's a book about it with that title) + social media induces anxiety especially in girls + plastics in the water make male testosterone rates drop and females go through puberty earlier causing anxiety + constant extreme leftist propaganda online, in schools, and now in cartoons + toxic consumer culture. We're lucky they aren't worse, to be honest.

They used to rebel against the Karens. Now THEY are the Karens.

Man you guys remember when Tarrlok blew himself and Amon up

>It's impossible to feel sympathy for her because of how relentless her character flaws are, she's always doing something stupid, always offending people, she never once slows down and thinks, or reconsiders her choices.
You could have just said you didn't watch s3 and 4 and it would've been quicker.

this is fucking wrong, Korra's attitude tones down massively after season 2, you can't look at even season 3 Korra and say that her attitude hasn't gotten a lot more chill and by season 4 she's absolutely different

99% of people's complaints about Korra are either:
1. from the first two seasons
2. from the finale kiss

season 4 is pretty reasonably okay throughout and season 3 is legitimately up there with seasons 2 and 3 of ATLA.

>instant replies headline working
That guy's doing his job. No one actually feels that way.

This is "baby's first PTSD storyline" and it's too hot for some viewers?

Is it so rewarding to act this way just for clicks? Playing the role of a pussy whipped wimp for attention?

Reminder that threads that start with clickbait articles involve fags like OP looking through as many websites as possible to find the most ass backwards thing they can screencap and post here. Sometimes they'll straight up make them up.

On payday yeah probably

Half of the show's run being kinda bad to outright shit, 1/4 being ok, and the final 1/4 being good means that on the whole it was a pretty bad show from an objective standpoint. Given that the meh and the awful are the starting points, it isn't shocking at all people stopped watching it or don't remember it fondly at all.

The opposite can be true too though. GOT was a god damn phenomenon but the last season was so bad that the fanbase died in 8 episodes.

>Twitter gets triggers by korra being edgy
>Same twitter review bombing The Boys season 2 because they think it pro white supremacy for having a racist female superhero
Will twitter accidentally cancel half of SJW media?

Social media.
