Why was it so underrated?
Why was it so underrated?

It was alright, had a couple good episodes here and there, most of everything else was pretty meh, not much to discuss about
I guess it's a good comfy toon for people who are into that sort of thing

Because it was just plain dull. Cuteness alone can't hold up a show.

So what original shows does CN to sustain itself?

Did you see the movie

Brown Bear is a fag?

We don't know if that is Grizz. Also, this bear could just be a supporter.

Because it had no substance. It tried to have such with stuff like Icy Nights, but it went too hard on making Ice Bear an action movie protagonist in them. Meanwhile, the other bears didn't really have anything so much as close to that (as in, an serious episode related to their past)

Furthermore, the movie was an absolute bore that did nothing, led to nothing, solved nothing and revealed nothing. It conflicted with information given in the show (It shows the bears stacking to flee the train, whereas in the show they started stacking because of a basketball game).

Basically, it was cute-ish, but it didn't really have anything else going on other than that - it was bland.

It's San Francisco. What did you expect.

This show is so boring

Pick one

Because it was stuck in the lukewarm zone of wacky American humor and chilled out slice of life, never excelling at either.

This can’t be real.

Every single episode of this I manage to catch has a male antagonist/situational antagonist and a female aid. I wouldn't jump to the SJW buzzword but it was really tiring. They're doing a marathon and every time I look up to see it beyond background noise it's another one of them. It feels extremely one-sided.

Also they have stereotypical shirtless hunk males (humans) even as recurring fire fighters, yet no one is allowed to draw a fucking cleavage line on a woman anymore.

>literally nothing happens: the show

The male antagonists are rarely white and the worst, most unredeemable of them have been brown. Ice Bear also assaulted a brown female antagonist and got a way with it. The show is based.

Hot take: The show was basically Catscratch except the 3 are bears instead of cats, they’re middle class, it was dull, had no slapstick, barely have personalities, and relied mostly on UWU CUTE and memes for humor.

It didn’t have anything substantial in the world, didn’t have a particular inspiration or familiar traits that reminded audiences of a show they liked, offered little in terms of cultural change, and put too much weight on the protagonists.
The only thing this show succeeded at was pushing merch in asian territories, but that won’t lead to anything else

I never said they were white it just feels obnoxious how the bears' episodic aids are usually females having some sort of episodic problem with a male.

>>No forced sjw scenes.
All bears are an allegory of illegal inmigration, in the movie they are also SJW

>just be a supporter
Is the same as "we just follow orders"

>Likeable 3 three main characters
Only the polar bear was likeable, the brown bear was a loser and the panda was a simp

kpop episode

It doesn't appeal to anyone except Koreans because there's nothing to it. It's boring, bland, and safe.

It did all those things.

>No forced sjw scenes.

lol

Well, apart from the likeable characters.

>le evil internet trolls aaaaaaaa someone told me "git gud scrub" on Zig Forums now i have to make an episode about it on cartoon network

>No forced sjw scenes.
They had an entire episode of “hurr men bad” when the baby bears were stuck on that island, and they made it so panda should be happy he got cucked from his one love and they portrayed that as a good thing

ok then
what did it appeal to

asians who like kawaii things, they even became mascots for a major sports league or something over there

How was the moral there "men bad" he was just an asshole. And the black Chad was the obviously better choice, why would he get mad?

They accidentally aired a bumper saying the movie was airing next at around 11 am (about 2 hours ago) did anyone notice that? Why do they keep making so many broadcast errors on CN?

>Underrated
Huh?
Wasnt Stuff like this big in countries like korea?

>hot take
This is not twitter, you have to go BACK!
>The show was basically Catscratch except not at all
Whoa! Though I do remember cat scratch fondly, at least the catchy theme song if nothing else.

I remember liking the first 10 eps or so, waiting for it to get more interesting but it never did. It's sort of like SOL cn show, but just a bit more faggy

>that episode with estelle as a character
>they really embellished her looks

It might be because they play the same chunk of episodes twice a day.
