Time to admit Futurama was never good

I re-watched the show recently and it wasn't that good, most of the humor is awful and dated (eyephone, Lucy Liu, Judge show etc..) and the "muh feels" shit is forced and comes across as cringy at times.

And the characters are shit too, all of them are one-note and doesn't get proper development until like 5 seasons later
>Retard protagonist with no personality
>Strong woman
>Drunkard who regurgitates the same shit everytime in an attempt to be funny. Easily the worst character
>Old senile man
>Doctor who is bad at his job and the butt of jokes
>Jamaican stereotype
>Dumb Asian
It tries way too be so be "smart" but it fails miserably by having these flat characters and overall lack of subtlety and nuance. Just stick with old Simpsons.

if you say so, OP, if you say so.
I will probably never watch the show again, but retain good, happy memories and not be hateful about it.

I mean yeah, it's a tier higher than stuff like venture bros, but it doesn't really reach the 'good' territory, despite a few noteworthy moments

I'm sorry, but it's an Animated Atrocity

What the hell is that image

Zoomers actually dislike this show

Time to admit OP was always a wanker.

Maybe you just don't get math.

A note Report by Little Futurama's teacher.

To be honest, the non-canon special f Season 6 and 7 are about the weakest. I strongly advice anyone to simply skip them.

There is a lot of talk about Futurama, presently. what is going on? Has it become available on Netflix in the US or something.

Bender was in Family Guy recently

Finally. I could never understand the Futurama Is Awesome cult. It had some nice moments and some episodes were genuinely laugh worthy, but that's all about it. I guess for a lot of people it's a heavy case of nostalgia since they grew up with the show.
All that intensified Lila and Fry romance really drove me off closer to the shows end.

Haha yeah man
I prefer Pickle Man and Beta Boy

I saw that pic being posted around, but I thought it was from an old episode. I don't really watch that show. Season 19 has already started airing?

Fry is the best protagonist of any FOX cartoon, he was always cheerful, helped his friends and had actual emotions and stakes.

Even in the CC seasons, he was still great and never scooped to Homer/Peter levels where he wants to fuck children and murder people for fun.

>Amy
>dumb
She's the professor's assistant or some shit

>I guess for a lot of people it's a heavy case of nostalgia
No, i's really good and funny.

Did her PhD dissertation in one of the reboot episodes, so she's now a Doctorate.

It's from this years Comic Con sneak peek

The new season has started already? How come I don't see it yet on kimcartoon or thewatchcartoononline?

Look above, also
>Watching Nu-Family Guy
Get better taste

Ah, okay, I guess that answers thatThanks.

Wrong.
Futurama up to the movies are good.
Post movies seasons not that good.

Why do you think I only use shitty streaming website to watch them? It's not like I was torrenting them.

They are actually good too. It's just the start of season 6 that is a bit weak and even then it has its moment.

Attack of the apps get way too much hate than it deserve. I am sorry, but the Goat scene is funny.

Professor > Zoidberg > Hermes > Fry > Amy >Leela >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Bender

I feel that once Season 6 and 7 came, Futurama had really went downhill.

>All these people shitting on Nu-Futurama
It was an obvious downgrade from the FOX seasons, but it still had the spirit and tone of the original run and added more.

Besides, it's a HUGE upgrade over all the other nu-cartoons, Simpsons, South Park, Family Guy etc.. are all worse in their modern seasons. Even American Dad is starting to become shit.

It didn't; Those season are on par with the previous Futurama episodes. But it came out at the same time as more and more people realising Simpsons had turned to shit and this biased the perspecption. The weak start of season 6 six didn't help.

But once you get to Lethal Inspection and The Late Philip J. Fry it all become great again.

But you have to go through The Duh-Vinci Code and this one is a big down turner. This one and the non-caoon special, I'd advice to skip.

Nah, they're boring. They never got their humor back. At best they were clever, but not funny. And so many of the episodes were WAY too premise-y. I mean they actually did a boys vs girls episode unironically.

I'll give them props for the pure math jokes and the animation sequences they did in Season 7, but the the post-movie (and movie) episodes were just not funny.

No they aren't you're delusional.

>They never got their humor back.
False.
-The Late Philip J. Fry
-The Prisoner of Benda
-The Mutants Are Revolting
-Möbius Dick
-Law and Oracle
-Benderama
-Overclockwise
-A Farewell to Arms
-Free Will Hunting
-Free Will Hunting
-Viva Mars Vegas
-Fry and Leela's Big Fling
-The Inhuman Torch
-Leela and the Genestalk
-Game of Tones
-Stench and Stenchibility
-Meanwhile

>Skip the late Philip J Fry
Imagine having such garbage taste. Just warn them about the 5-episode rough patch it started with and let them judge the rest for themselves.

You are the one being delusional. They are genuinely good. Many peopl's view were biased when they aired, but give a rewatch to those suggessted there And You'll see. I'd even say to rewatch "attack of the killer app". This one is actually good, people just got triggered by i-phone joke.

But it's worth watching for the Goat alone.

>Imagine having such garbage taste
user, I encourage to watch the late Philip J Fry. The one I said to skip are the non-canon special. tLPJF is not a special, and it's canon too.

I think people didnt like attack of the killer app cause of the singing boil

i don't agree with this at all!
