It's fine, not great. Aside from the good visuals, it's really just an average episode of Animaniacs, and pales in comparison to the Tiny Toons summer vacation movie.
If you like Animaniacs, it's worth watching. You just won't be wowed by it.

It's entirely set in an an adjacent reality to the "normal" one of the Warners living in the Burbank water tower and often takes itself entirely seriously, leading to a huge case of mood whiplash late in the movie. I'd think of it as kind of a waste. They got an opportunity to do a post-cancellation Animaniacs straight-to-video movie, and they made the dumbest shit possible. It's like Tiny Toons Summer Vacation but exclusively bad ideas.
