Is there a chance for season three?
Glitch Tech
Isn't it Nickelodeons call regardless of how well it does on Netflix? Doesn't seem likely since the head retard in charge now axed it specifically to clean up after the old regime.
>*Is there a chance for season two?
Maybe? I just finished catching up and can definitely say this show deserves to live on with more episodes. The visuals are gorgeous, and the writing & characters are a lot of fun.
The chances of another season don't seem so hot, though. Seems like most of the hype's already died down and is instead being spent on Amphibia, The Owl House, and Infinity Train, the last of which is DEFINITELY getting renewed based on the overwhelmingly high response to Book 3.
Is not fair, the second season was really good, I don’t want it to end in a cliff hanger that promised a lot.
i hope not
At a dentist's office they had on tv some talk show and one of the Sister Sister actresses was on it.
And they were doing a skit and you'd think this was her first time acting ever. How does a person degrade in quality that hard.
>the second season
I will never, EVER refer to those latest 10 episodes as "Season 2." Netflix always lies instead of just telling it like it is and clearly stating that the first half is airing separately from the second half. I'm tired of their bullshit reorganization.
Season 1B was great, and I really do hope Nickelodeon allows them to produce those episodes they've already fully written.
>network claims to be progressive
>cancels show with one of the most diverse casts in animation before it even airs
Fucking hypocrites.
Have either of them done any acting outside of Sister, Sister and Twitches? Maybe that'd explain it.
Probably not. If Netflix was serious about renewing it, they would've done so by now. The show has not trended anywhere, especially in Netflix's Top 10.
Only thing that would've made the second half perfect would be more Mayumi. But the Dabney Glitch Techs we’re still cool to see. I loved Five's dynamic with Nameless.
>The show has not trended anywhere, especially in Netflix's Top 10
Damn... It's crazy how an HBO Max series is more likely to get people's support than one released on a streaming service practically EVERYONE has access to. Is it just that people think Glitch Techs is too "wacky" or childish? The show's writing is solid, and the character dynamics are very interesting.
In this case, some of "season 2" actually is what's left of season 2. When the episode order was cut down to one season, they just finished whichever 20 episodes happened to be furthest along in production. So a handful of late season 1 episodes got scrapped and some early season 2 episodes got finished instead.
Nope, Looney Tunes Cartoons killed it for not being up to/surpassing it's standers.
The goal now is to put Looney Tunes Cartoons to shame (as in NO 3:4 SHOTS, NO TWEENING, NO POSE TO POSE GARBAGE, ANIMATED ON 2S AT LEAST and most importantly, EVERYTHING MUST BE KEPT IN THE STATES! NO OUTSOURCING!).
If we can do that then the industry will be fixed and Anipages will finally get what it wants to match up to it's standards.
We don't even know what's happening with Infinity Train, so I wouldn't immediately assume it's getting picked up for more. At the very least Glitch Techs has some visible support, unlike other Netflix original cartoons that were begging more seasons like Legend Quest or Stretch Armstrong.
There wasn't even a real season 2, it's all just season 1 cut in half
That makes sense. I had no idea.
Looking at the two shows, Infinity Train seems to have the most support. The few people who did watch Glitch Techs already forgot about the show.
Having just lost a widely successful serialized cartoon, CN would have to be insane to let go of Infinity Train. Book 4 is a go. I have no doubt.
I think that that's because Netflix drop all the episodes at the same time while HBO released them little by little
Having a entire week to talk about an episode and then getting a new one to renew the hype is really good for the comunity
But with Netflix model you just have a few days before you have discused everything
Both Kipo and Glitch Tech could have been much bigger with weekly episodes
>CN would have to be insane to let go of Infinity Train.
It was originally meant to go to HBO Max in the first place and they're the ones hosting season 3. CN is no longer relevant to Infinity Train's fate.
>Both Kipo and Glitch Tech could have been much bigger with weekly episodes
I dunno about Glitch Techs. The show is very episodic, so I could see hype dying pretty fast until stuff actually happens.
And people thought the Nickelodeon/Netflix deal was a good thing
I mean CN Studios. They're not really producing any outright serialized epics for all ages now that Steven Universe is over:
>Apple & Onion
>Craig of the Creek
>Summer Camp Island
>Victor and Valentino
>Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart
>Tig n' Seek
>The Fungies!
Infinity Train has a huge following online, a Season 1 DVD and iTunes episodes available for purchase, and is the closest thing they have to stand against Disney's two cash cows (Amphibia and The Owl House). Trust me, Infinity Train fans have nothing to worry about so long as they keep talking about the show and convince others to support it through any means. Glitch Techs is the one in danger of cancellation.
Is there a reason why Rise of the TMNT still hasn't been added to Netflix? It should've been there long ago like WarnerMedia did with DCSHG, but it would especially make sense to do so now with that movie on the way.
It's on Netflix on other parts of the world. It'll probably be locked to Nick's shitty app for the time being. I'm honestly surprised they still haven't added Rocko or Invader Zim there.
I know Invader ZIM and Hey Arnold! are still on Hulu, but it's weird that no Nicktoons have been added to Netflix after the deal they made months ago. Splitting the original series and the revival movie on separate platforms is very inconvenient for most viewers.
What a sexy little alien
This ain't a Zim thread
oh nerds!
Fuck off
