Serious answer: raise the amount of continuity allowed, ease up on Chloe, set up a new villain and let Hawkmoth/Papillon's story resolve. That's basically it, I think it's fine for a kid's show.
Answer for me: assuming you could go back to the start and I'm making it for myself not a general audience - acknowledge Marinette can be a bitch sometimes, don't magically make it better everytime she ruins someone else's day, acknowledge the glaring double standard with how she pursues Adrien (maybe he privately acknowledges that he knows she's into him and doesn't feel that way but is afraid if he breaks her heart the whole class will reject him because Marinette's so popular); similarly go with the earlier, "edgier" conception of Chat Noire, make it clear Adrien's repressed side is dangerously violent (he is a supervillain's son after all). Likewise, give things more stakes: the magic may physically repair everything after an episode but trauma remains. People get treated differently after being Akuma'd and everyone seeing their dark side (except Chloe ofc.) And ofc raise the violence level so characters can actually hit each other and show a little wear and tear during battles.
And this goes without saying but make it 2D obviously.

I don't think it's fixable at this point. It's too far down the road to just haul back on the reins and go back.

We also don't know really WHO the show audience is supposed to be. Sure, it's "for kids", but the internet is proof that they're not the only demographic who likes twink cat boys.

I say Ladybug should be treated like TMNT. Let THIS version die off, give it some time with better writers, budget, character design and plot and then relaunch as a whole new FRESH Ladybug. Sure people will bitch at first, but again, like TMNT, every version of this universe has potential to be better.

Use the weird bunny time traveling girl to loophole through AUs. Maybe put the budget into a good 2D spin off or something? Like how it was originally intended? Maybe give some story or background to OTHER or previous Ladybugs and CatNoirs?
