>MEANWHILE, IN COSMOTROPOLIS' MARITIME DISTRICT...
It was an ordinary day like any other at the Cosmotropolis Aquarium. People were visiting, fish were swimming, shows were hosted, and nothing seemed wrong - it was almost an adobe of peace compared to the rest of the city.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, the lights went out. Visitor and worker alike were thrown into a frenzy, fearful of what has happened - and what could happen that threatened the serenity of the place. But just as quickly as they went out, the lights came back on, only for an ominous message to be immediately broadcast over the public address system:
>"People of Cosmotropolis! Your time has come! I stand here in this so-called dolphin "exhibit" to tell you that the sins of you and your fathers will be brought to justice and degenerate mankind will PAY for their greed! Yes, your day of recknoning has come, and it's all at the hands of...."
All the screens in the aquarium reveal the culprit behind the attack:
>"...
DOLPHIN MAN!
"
Some gasped, but most were just left dumbfounded at the revelation. The villain shrugs the looks off and continues his monologue
>"Don't you laugh at me! I'm much more than what meets the eye. In fact, I'll let you in on a little something: I don't ask for money or glory, but for a righteous cause! You see, these beautiful creatures behind this glass prison deserve freedom! So I propose an ultimatum: release these dolphins, or..."
The villain gestures at the vents
>"Let's just say that we will ALL receive a bit of something I like to call...mercury"
The threat made everyone gasp, while aquarium security tried entering the dolphin exhibit, only to find it sealed shut.
>"And don't try to be a hero and stop me; that only makes your chances worse. So, what will be, landlubbers? You have 1 hour to agree to my demands; if not, well, you know what happens..."
Idk how this exactly works but I'm going figure it out as I go
