Because cartoon creators love self-inserting.

Those are mostly Amphibia and Owl House

because it's safe and easy to replicate, the majority of the animation industry is nepotism and fan-wanking.

The left can't meme

For the last time, modern cartoons look like shit because the companies that produce them want to make them as cheaply as possible.

That's what happens when people are willing to settle for a sub-par product. The company that makes it will continue to make it cheaper and cheaper and cheaper until it stops selling. And since people are blind consumer sheep, there is no bottom. This isn't just true in cartoons and animation, it's true of literally every single thing you consume.

Because the primary audience for kid's cartoons has changed. Kids and young teens love this shit and they are a larger viewer block then Zig Forums users. It's not that complicated there is no conspiracy bullshit.

remember when Zig Forums could actually make arguments against something? They'd throw together actual evidence together in photoshop and it'd be halfway convincing, now it's all just stupid wojak strawmans.

Kids and young teens are watching anime. Cartoonbros, we lost.

And because Koreans work as slaves for little pay so they don't put too much in the designs

Its mostly socially and mentally stunted young adults watching cartoons now.

>author is a liberal and a pedophile
if you would just contain your urge to declare everyone who you don't like to be a child rapist this would've been accurate

Truth. In the past, cartoons were made to sell toys to kids, so children were the primary audience. Since kids don't buy toys anymore and there are no toystores left, there are no cartoons either. The few cartoons that are still made today are made very cheaply and aimed at 20-somethings.

Pre-teens and below are not watching anime besides what they're weeb parents might put in front of them, which is extremely rare. Teens watch anime but that usually means DBZ and other extremely popular anime, and even then those teens are few.

If youre super online it may seem like they watch more anime but if you actually torture yourself by talking to middle schoolers and high schoolers it's not common.

Would you say that's better or worse than socially and mentally stunted old Zig Forumsomers watching cartoons?

Post 3 that fits this?

Americans lost their way

>The few cartoons that are still made today are made very cheaply

The production value in modern cartoons are way higher than what it used to be. Maybe it's because of the story driven focus shortening the series and giving more money per episode as a result, but just the animation quality itself is higher.

>weeb parents
>weebs
>having sex

They're watching both, I'm 30 but attended an art class at my local community college last year and it was filled with teens obsessing over anime, Persona and western cartoons like She-Ra.

>The production value in modern cartoons are way higher than what it used to be.

Not even close. You might prefer the way they look, but modern advancements have made television animation production far more efficient than the old cel & paint model, which took far longer to produce and cost many times more.

Red pill was invented by to trans women. Incel was a term invented by a woman talking about herself. Pepe's creator is very clear about how he feels in the documentary.
More like you need to co-op things instead of creating... Well you have Stonetoss making the same 3 jokes I guess.

They don't. Next question.

Batman:TAS and other notable TV cartoons were a lot better made and more human. And more successful as well.

When you're fishing from the bottom of the barrel of the dating pool it becomes a lot more likely.

Damn I would have killed myself in that class sounds like cringe

Those relationships never work because all losers long for either a chad or stacy.

That's the irony of capitalism. Quality product does bring in more money, but then they bring in these executives who always do what they can to slash costs to inflate their bonuses for short term profit gains. But in the long run, the product suffers and interest wanes. And the only solution to declining profits is to slash the costs even more. It's an endless cycle of trash.

"stunning and brave" doesn't actually mean anything

Some cogent responses here. The answer: money. Even with these brown characters. Cheaper to pander to SJWs and get fame that way than make anything good.

100% true. The Twitter crowd isn't interested in originality or high production values or quality. They just want something that makes them pat themselves on the back, no matter how ineptly made and ugly it is. And these cartoon producers know they can sell their crap to them, so they do.
