Why did Cartoon Network let the show end? It was obviously a lucrative IP, and the creator was still interested in continuing the series.

Ben 10 has really stood the test of time.
I'm sure it will start getting more recognition when Early Gen Z, which are in their late teens and early 20s. Start to move into more spaces and Millennials move out to pasture.
