They are no more susceptible than paper ballots done in person. There is no instance of election fraud deciding a national election. There is, however, plenty of evidence that voter suppression decides a national election.

What about the fact LA has a 117% voter registration so over a fifth of ballots being sent out are illegitimate in that city alone? Don't find the USPS openly endorsing Biden a conflict of interest? How about the fact that the USPS can't guarantee the safe delivery of monetary goods, you really want to trust them with you vote and not your money?
