The chick who ran the fanzine made off with a lot of money, which was supposed to go to some kind of LGBT charity or something. She also spoiled the September-October episodes in a Discord channel way back in April, and drew Frank Angones and other people dead.

I think that was the original plan, but Sam King (a storyboard artist who ships Dellumbra) said that as long as she was around, it wouldn't be happening. There were last minute LGBT changes made as well, which more than likely will pertain to Penumbra.
