The Courage crossover is cited to drop in 2021, the Ben 10 crossover doesn’t have a date attached to it yet but it was announced at least.

I hope they’re not going to use reboot Ben for the skooks crossover. OG Ben like in your pic would be cool but ideally, I’d like to see Omniverse Ben return considering Derrick worked on both Mystery Incorporated, the best scooby doo cartoon and Omniverse, plus the art styles of both properties would match at least.

OG Ben would be cool honestly but I think teen Ben would work since both franchises had the same people work on them at one point. You can even have both sets of characters in the same art style as mystery incorporated and OV had the same show runner.

If they are making a ben 10 crossover they will probably want the kid version since its the one CN wants kids to recognize. Plus you have to realize that being scooby doo, none of the cool shit you like from the original series will be there, it's going to be toned down. The ben 10 reboot already has the family-friendly tone from Scooby Doo so it wouldn't be too much of a departure.
Although the fact that they made a brave and the bold crossover (and apparently Courage) might indicate they want the 2000s-2010s nostalgia crowd as well.

Toning down the seriousness is another factor in how they could use Omniverse-era Ben since OV was more toned down compared to UAF and even the original series, granted it did have it’s serious moments but it was mostly made into a fun and colorful action show, which would fit well with Scooby Doo.
Plus Teen Ben would bounce off the Scooby Doo cast’s personality better I think.
