I think the joke was that Peter was talking about the Family Guy intro song, so instead of saying "Family Guy," they would say "Horse Guy," but Bojackfags took it as an insult to their arthouse Zootopia.

Honestly this joke made me stop watching Family Guy. I dont evem watch Bojack and I thought this was disgusting. I have always liked "edgy" humor, but this one just crossed so many lines. Normally I hate the "think of the children" mindset but I really hate to think about a kid seeing this.
