ITT: Who The Fuck is Kindred?

ITT: We guess and state our Predictions of who Kindred is. It seems like we're getting closer and closer to that reveal and hopefully we get that in ASM #850.
Let's get some guidelines established
>Has to be someone from Peter's Past.
>Kingpin knows there voice
>Has a hatred of Peter Parker, not Spider-Man
>Is being set up as a anti-hero who wants to redeem people in Peter's life in their own twisted way
Suspects I think
>Jean Dewolff
It turns out she was a crooked cop and blames Peter for her dying
>Harry Osborn
The Harry Osborn we've had since OMD is revealed to be LMD and the real Harry is back
>Mary Jane
The greatest enemy Peter has is the one who should have been his Endgame, but ruined with his choice in OMD. Now Mary Jane has a split personality brought on by Peter getting close to her again and this is just Mephisto using Mary Jane as a result

I don't think it's going to be a manifestion of Peter's and Mary Jane's unborn child or their marriage lost to OMD. That seems to far out there for Spencer Man and what he's established in the run so far. I think he values DeMatteis run and work more than Slott. If anything he's trying to re-establish Peter's cannon that Slott tried to push under the rug.

My guess is still Gwen but its probably not.

Maybe one of the Stacy twins?

It's Mayday.

Kindred is the representation of the future Peter couldve had if he hasn't made a deal with the devil.

The entire run has been correcting the wrongs of other hack writers why not correct the biggest hack writing ever?

Look how protective Kindred is of Mary Jane, basically considering her a victim of Peter's retardness.

Shit guys, this would be great.

Imagine it's both of them and Spencer writes them out of canon? One can only hope

How does Kingpin know her voice? How was Mayday at that party Spencer mentioned that took place at the beginning of Peter's run as Spider-Man?

I dunno.

I will say, the references to deals with the devil always having a cost in the Sins of Norman Osborn issue felt on the nose and very much that when this run or plot comes home to roost that it will be to tackle OMD.

Judas Traveller.

Peter's soul when Ock ejected it.

What a waste of a great design he turned out to be.

I would fucking love this, bringing back this stupid bullshit character that even at the time the writers themselves didn't know what his deal was. What a chad move that would be, people would be so mad.

Too obscure. Too many readers would respond to the big reveal 2 years in the making with a "literally who?", which is not a good thing for any story.

Norman had nothing to do with One More Day though.

Obito

...yet. It will be revealed that Norman Osborn is actually Mephisto and always has been.

"I hate you so much Parker, I overthrew the devil to mess with you!"

I'm not saying he did. I was just pointing out the source of the reference. It was still written by Spencer so I took the issue as part of the whole.

I think it's a Stacy, but not Gwen. It's Captain George Stacy who's upset that Peter is retarded and ruins people's lives when he told him with his dying breath to love his daughter

I definitely think it has something to do with OMD, given that Spencer seems to be building towards a retcon/nullification of it. (They were back together out the gate, Peter wants to propose, etc.) Who, though, remains to be seen. Realistically it could be
>Mayday, who is mad at Pete for preemptively undoing her existence
>The fragment of Peter’s soul that Mephisto kept when he undid their marriage
>See above but for MJ instead
>Some physical representation of their marriage itself
Maybe I’m just reaching because I really want OMD undone. But why else would Kindred seem so protective of MJ, while saying things to Pete like “Your worst sin is the one you don’t even remember”?

What about this theory, Kindred isn't just one person, but a collection of people who all have there own gripes about Peter. Anyone remember that Super hero support group Spencer brought up earlier in this run? What if it is Mary Jane and others who just want to fuck up Peter? It's a thought.

I was right about The Tablet, yet despite my extensive efforts it’s impossible to nail down a definitive suspect. With magic involved it’s even more complicated. I’ve said Gwen, Randy, Betty, and Liz

Found the page with the Kindred quote I was looking for. Issue 37

Really fucking good thread OP. I want to present this possibility to you fine user's reading this thread: What about Randy Robertson and Carlie Cooper. I'm not saying there Kindred, but what if they get involved in some way like Flash Thompson was during the HobGoblin mystery. Thompson got a lot of hate in universe and I could see Peter thinking Randy is Kindred based on something stupid that could happen. Furthermore, what if that thing is the murder of Carlie Cooper. It would be a shocking thing Peter or us readers wouldn't see coming and Randy could be the one to blame based on there past

Superhero support group being a council of people against Pete is something I haven’t heard before, and I lurk in most of the “Who Is Kindred” threads. Problem is, it’s run by Jarvis, who in all likelihood has no beef with Peter over anything

Thanks user

What if there's a splinter cell of the group that came out thanks to the support group? I don't think so but I have a feeling the Kindred just isn't one person, but a few different people against Peter. This is an idea never brought up before in a Spider-Man story.

Amazing.

The heavy sin theme can also be argued to be a reference to Sins Past, especially given the Norman focus

I mixed up Carlie Cooper and Norah Winters my bad

I speculated Randy because he had ties to The Tablet, and he’s dating Beetle (whom represented Mysterio at his trial)

It's Uncle Ben

Doubt it, they did the “Uncle Ben comes back” thing for 500 already and he said he was proud of the person Pete had become. And what would his beef with Norman be?

It is Randy.

Nathan Lubensky. Aunt May's former finance who died. You might say it's crazy but Spencer's run is the first time he's been referenced in decades. And not once, but twice
