I'd go for a Batman and Robin show with Robin!Steph, since I think that's a little more marketable. It'd still be a stealth Batgirls show though, because Oracle and Batgirl!Cass would be the only other primary Bats around. Nightwing can pop in from Bludhaven every now and then.

Depends on the competition. In a straight up fight, Cass wins. Single handed. But if it's a case or overall mystery they're competing over, Tim is the better detective, and Dick isn't a slouch in that department either. Jason likely has better underworld contacts unless Babs pumps Killer Moth for info, and Bette... I have no idea what she can do.
