Again, how is that making up for all her wrong doings? At most it makes up for getting Glimmer captured. Even then it is ultimately just Catra running away from actually dealing with something.

Gave up his home, his life, his girlfriend and everything he knew and loved on the scant chance that the Avatar would allow him to teach him firebending so that he could save the world and presumably defeat his home because it was the right thing to do. He knew they wouldn't accept him easily and he knew it would cost him everything, potentially even his life, but he still threw away the best stature anyone could hope for on the slim chance he could help save the world.

Oh, and he didn't kill anyone's mom. Saving Glimmer means very little when she directly killed the person who raised her because she was aiming at the world and missed 99 percent of her targets.

Zuko gave up all his ill gotten gains because he realized his family and country were broken. Zuko's "redemption" is more on the lines of self-discovery. he was already good and just and Iroh knew that. Catra actualy became a villain.

I like that Catra's such a shitty character and her redemption so poor that the only thing she ever did that was even close to worthwhile came when she literally had nothing to lose and also was one of multiple things Zuko did to earn his redemption. Even after this he still had to go on multiple life-risking field trips with each character just to give him a chance, and he still was willing to sacrifice his life for one of them by the end. He nearly died on the boiling rock and helped Katara finally come to terms with her mother's death before either of them actually said "Okay, we'll give you a shot"

Catra? "Yeah you actually literally killed my mom but hey, one nice thing is okay." God, She-Ra is legendarily bad at writing.

To clarify here, Adora was only potentially saving her life because Catra set up this event that would kill, I cannot stress this enough, EVERYONE, including Angela. If Adora or Angela hadn't sacrificed themselves then the original intention of everyone dies, the main goal Catra fought Adora with all she had to make real, goes off. Angela or Adora was always going to die in Catra's plans, and she succeeded. She failed in killing everyone, but killing Angela was always in the cards, as was everyone else, the only question was what the cost was to stop it.
