>Thread Question: What scared you the most growing up?
>What scared you the most growing up? I saw the original Pet Cemetery, and they had that scene where a little kid is killed and then they discuss how death was just like snuffing out a candle, and how there's no heaven or hell or anything afterward.
Next fic will focus on pic related. I'm open to suggestions regarding the content around her. I was thinking web bondage where user accidentally turns into a lust crazed spider creature (or maybe it wasn't an accident?). Let me know what kind of weird science you want with Andele Brundle!
Also I'm going to experiment with drawing too. I'm not very good, but I can at least contribute a bit more to the threads. Happy Spooktober!
I love what you've proposed. This should be interesting.

Geeze, I was gonna mention Talking Tina or Nosferatu from Spongebob, but that just makes me feel like a weenie now.

>weird science you want with Andele Brundle! Forensic anthropology, sometimes she talks with she talks with the insects she finds insitu (on the site of discovery, she likes to be on the field).

See the scenario I had in mind was Adele attempting to give user spider powers since he loves comic books, only for it to go horribly right/wrong and it turns into an Aliens gag where she locks down the lab, hunts him with a tranquillizer gun, and then gets the rider of her life until the serum wears off to change him back to normal. Insert a few scifi gags, have her recording herself the entire time like its an experiment, etc etc
Adam Hill
It kinda does, because the zombies aren't the dead back to life, it's something moving the bodies around like puppets or skin suits.
Make her inject the serum without consent. Something like >user feels a stiging pain on the back of his neck and something liquid going inside of him >"What the fuck Adele?!" "Well...remember that time when you told me that you would love to have SPiderman's powers? well we will see if that dream can come true"

>What scared you the most growing up? Growing up.
Or more specifically, the realization that time is meaningless. That I don't exist in the past or the future, but only the present. That when a good moment in my life ends, it simply ends, and that it won't change my inevitable fate of nonexistence. That one day all the good times will pass, and within the blink of an eye, I'll be old, grey, and on my death bed.
I was a very existentially-troubled child. The autism didn't help either.
It started as a comic, then as a cartoon, then as a live action movie. It does indeed.

>What scared you the most growing up? I've had run/fight for your life and/or the lives of others nightmares my entire life to the point where I can count the dreams where something isn't trying to kill me on both hands (and several of those still involve risk of serious bodily injury and one the risk of death). I don't always dream, but if I do, it's practically guaranteed to be fucked up.
I also have a quirk where if I don't "clear" a nightmare it will keep happening with minimal variation until I do. I had the same damn nightmare for 2 years straight. That stopped happening around age 7, but in middle school, I failed to clear a nightmare again. It kept looping for 2 weeks before I just spent a whole day telling myself I wouldn't have it again and visualizing me pausing the nightmare and putting it away. I managed to not have the nightmare again without clearing it, but there's been a constant nagging that it could come back.
As fucked up as many of my nightmare have been, I'll take new horrors every night over the same horrors and feelings of helplessness over and over again. It's mentally taxing in a way you wouldn't expect. The 2 year nightmare I would see whenever I closed my eyes for the longest time.
The nightmare I never cleared is actually fairly mundane as far as my nightmares go. I'm mothman living in an abandoned warehouse. A girl runs away from home and wanders in. I can't take her home so I take care of and play with her for 3 days. Then a SWAT team bursts in and guns me down thinking I'm a monster that kidnapped her.
Related note: To this fucking day, if I get a lucid dream I continue to play along with the nightmare for fear of breaking it and causing it to loop.
Camarilla, every time! They're the only path to take really, unless you're powerful enough to go Independent, but even then, considering what's happening in the current edition of VTM, it's safest to roll with the Camarilla.
I've got a hilarious under the bed story >Go over to friend's house. >Hide under her bed while she's out of the room with her sister and a third friend. >They come back in the room and wonder where I am. >Friend says "Knowing him, he's probably under the bed or something." >Grab her leg and blow their eardrums out between her scream and my laughter. I'm surprisingly predictable and predictably surprising.

Unleast you go with the Necromancers that created their own "family" unified. Pray for the Tremeres.
God bless him, the artist was trying his best, but that fashion disaster vampire is a poison to all the other characters.

>What scared you the most growing up? One thing in particular was this recurring character in my nightmares. It was this creepy, babushka-looking puppet/doll of some old lady in a blue dress. The earliest instance of her I remember is when she jumped out from behind my grandmother's china cabinet and punched me in the face.
For some reason, I only had dreams involving her when I slept at my grandmother's house.
Jacob Moore
Adele creates a serum that is supposed to shrink her down to the size of a bug so that she can properly negotiate with bug folk. user mistakes it for an energy drink, but only drinks some of it, downsizing him into roughly the size of a doll.
You ok nowadays, user? Have you found some solace in living in the moment?
Lucas Reyes
Definitely Questguy's rendition of Phantasma. Very playful and mischievous, but still caring and sweet when you get to know her. She's also can be VERY terrifying whenever someone messes with her user.
