Castlevania S3

What went wrong?

Attached: castlevania-season-3-poster.jpg (600x900, 139.16K)

Nothing. It was enjoyable and I’m excited for more.

Everything in it was great, but the season felt too much of a S1 where you got the conflicts being set up and the conflicts and big concepts being introduced. Also only the two Forgemasters were developed a little, and even then not that much. Well, I guess Alucard is now more agnsty, does that count as developing or regression to his S1 self?

Not enough bdsm vampire love making

Western trash

It was boring and decided to switch focus to geotuitous sex rather than violence. As a audience member I don’t wanna two fags humping, I don’t wanna see two normal people jumping because explicit sex scene never add anything to the story unless it rape

>Take country's spook myth
>Take national hero who fought for country's freedom and freedom for country's religion because ottomans we're barbaric whores killing everyone who didn't wanted their faith.
>Turn it into faggotry
Aren't you fags having fairies, goblins, and all sort of mythical creatures from where to fag all day instead of shitting other country's spook?
Also Alucard is Dracula backwards

Same thing happened with many successful stories like umbrella academy and boys.
They start with good season 1.After they attain a fanbase , they start to dump their agenda instead of good story.

Plenty went wrong, but one thing went so very right

Butt sex

It wasn't about the best Belmont

Attached: CVGoS_Simon_Belmont.png (331x301, 121.55K)

The "main" characters don't know the non Dracula villain yet nor are they in any path to meet them.

Apart from that it felt like filler, everyone is in the same position as they where at the end of season 2.

>Hector is still a prisoner against his will
>Issac is still leading an army of monster to kill the traitors
>Alucard is still alone and sad at the castle
>And Trevor and Sypha are still on the road.

Nothing changed, sure things happened but there was no change in the status quo making this filler.

This, whatever it happens in the future will never erase the fact that Alucard took it to the ass.

canon or not, new games or old games this happened and will never un-happen.

Will Maria peg him?

Dracula's Curse would make for an awesome series.

Without Warren Ellis working on season 4, hopefully there won't be as much butt sex.

No doubt.

He already wrote season 4; there's guaranteed to be at least twice as much.

Didn't have the balls to do the actual OT3 and gave Alucard two oc's as stand-ins, and then have them betray him for stupid reasons for drama points.

Post the oc's.Which ones you talk about?

Adi Shankar posted this, is he right? Is it wrong to turn aspirational stories of heroism into grim dark shit?

The japanese hunters who fucked Alucard? Unless I'm missing something

Nah, I'm sure fans can separate the two characters.

>LOTR is aspirational
>entire story is about being dying, being tortured and a reluctant hero who basically turncoats at the end and everyone is saved by an insane gremlin who happens to be following destiny
I don't get what is aspirational about LOTR.

Yeah, he's right. Which is really fucking ironic considering what Castlevania S3 did.

Fans can tell the difference but it's something that now will be associated with the character forever tho, since the series is more mainstream than the games ever were

Well, no one gives a shit about normalfags anyway. Separate canons, so I personally can avoid the association.

Threadly reminder.

The virgin (despite having sex) Netflix Alucard
>mopey emo kid
>Donte level edgelord at times
>decides to trust two random humans with the knowledge to make weapons despite knowing the worst of humanity
>has traditional vampire weaknesses like silver
>manchild
>socially starved
>swings both ways
>fucked in the ass by a Japanese twink

The Chad canon Alucard
>badass that keeps his emotions in check
>polite and sophisticated
>canonically descended from a holy bloodline from his mother's side and can use holy weapons and is unaffected by them
>heard his mother's last words and had the mental and emotional strength to honour them despite the temptation to avenge her
>was smart enough to hide for 20 years and wait for Trevor, Sypha and Grant to help him fight Dracula
>doesn't want to harm humans but is smart enough know that they can't be trusted with advanced knowledge so he isolates himself
>straight or asexual and has probably fucked Maria

FUCK Netflix!

>Japanese hunters
>medieval Romania
???? What the fuck?

This seems to be a pattern. It helps that Iga was there to shoot down his retarded ideas for season 1's script.

Chad Olrox vs Virgin Netflix Carmilla

Attached: Olrox_-_01.gif (1160x1240, 19.63K)

This

They specifically traveled to Romania to fuck Alucard.

Did you read the post Dawn of Sorrow novel? Olrox was cool there.

Maybe Ellis has a fetish for threesomes with japanese twins? Unironically I'm still wondering why did they decide to make those 2 related to the japanese vampire lord, there were a couple of Europeans among the canon fodder vamps it would've made more sense

I'm gonna go ahead and list the few good things you can count on your fingers
>Saint Germain was nice and the Endless Corridor scene was pretty cool
>Fight scenes are generally good, specially Isaac vs Granfalloon
>The demon designs are becoming more unique instead of the same bat demon monster. Still no mummies, Frankenstein's and Medusa heads tho
>I still like the main trio's personalities

>Trevor and Sypha
Complete filler. What's the point of Judge killing kids? Why reveal this at the end when it doesn't matter anymore?
I also hate how they barely do any effort to save anyone, why the fuck didn't they just scrape the symbols off the houses? Ellis needed to show a praying family at the dinner table being incinerated I guess. Also at one point Sypha says the monks might be brainwashed or something but they just kill the guys without any remorse whatsoever
These segments were the worst offenders of the "SHIT GOAT FUCKING PISS" dialogue. We get it, you like Game of Thrones
>Isaac
Boring as fuck character, but probably the least filler
His main problem is that the writers clearly want to pass him off as some sympathetic villain and the townsfolk as closeminded bigots. Apparently they're suppossed to just let him pass because he said he won't do any harm, in this season which main the lesson is apparently "don't trust anyone" and Wallachia is facing a crisis with monsters causing havoc that are awfully similar to the ones his parading around
His scenes come down to massacring soldiers who forget they have pikes(props to Judge's Man-at-Arms for remembering this fact) or having a pleasant conversation with someone to show us he can be nice :)
I wish the evil wizard who controlled Granfalloon had more development, it's kind of a theme having Isaac kill much more interesting characters than him since season 2

Imagine the fujo and tumblrina rage when Maria's introduced and the bi aspect is all but pushed under the rug.

Fuck netflix and who ever wrote that trash.More reason to despite westerners

I’d call it development, seeing as he killed the twins and made effigies of them - I expect his arc in S4 to have him deal with that as he tries to not be like his father

>Hector
Everytime I saw that naked man in a cell I dreaded the next minutes to come. Fuck those scenes were boring and those vampire dykes rambling about their relationship and a "Empire for women by women". It amuses me how they made those feminist vampire seem so fucking inept "I have an idea, instead of attacking these strong nations in the West let's go for East Europe first, Wallachia is specially weak after the war with Dracula" and "You know? Why don't we pay more money to our enemy's mercenaries so they fight on our side instead?" are considered bold and crazy schemes only "ideas girl" Carmilla could come up with
>Alucard
What the fuck was that? I felt so fucking cheated. We could finally have some kitchen sink shit like the games, we could have a nod to Aria of Sorrow but noooo it's not a carbon copy of GoT enough yet, we gotta have some bad touch too. And what the fuck was the problem with these guys? They show up for less than a week, dude gives them lessons on fighting vampires, gives them access to the Belmont state and Dracula's castle, fucking cooks for them some nice meals and they go "YOU'RE JUST LIKE THE OTHER ONES WHY ARE YOU HIDING STUFF FROM US?!" and why the fuck did they need to have sex with him?

Really, what the fuck was their plan? I feel like people ignore this too much. What were they trying to accomplish with that?

>One nigger
>Jap fags
>Who knows what else
>All in land of wallachia
My country was no multicultural shithole, fuck the faggot who wrote this missery with a stake.

Yeah
Death should've remained fused with Julius' student
