The kid who "made" Photog didn't even make him. His dad made him. The kid wasn't even a fan of He-Man and didn't even know about the contest when he was told he won. Mattel also didn't even bother making his toy at the time, although they eventually made a Photog decades later.

Yes, Photog won. The guy who used to run X-entertainment (now called Dinosaur Dracula and feeling much more burnt out) wrote an article wondering what the hell happened to this contest. People put their autism to use and tracked down the kid whose dad made it. It got enough buzz that Mattel eventually threw the figure into a 30th anniversary line.
