The Owl House

What exactly is Hooty hiding? And will he EVER learn the meaning of personal space?

Please stop spamming this shit.

Literally just had a thread hit 500 and made another.

why the fuck is hooty so overpowered? Literally took down a squad of the emperor's goons by himself without breaking a sweat

Rarely have I watched such a shit first episode, and that is a low, low bar. MC is a despicable little cunt.

Who did she murder besides her mother’s hopes and dreams?

I see one thread angry at a joke in the show that turned into politics, and this one.

Less murder, but blatant disregard for others in the name of escapism. Also, the show wastes no time putting her on the soapbox. Looking at some of the other shit I have seen from her on Zig Forums, it is very clear that she is not written to be a child in an interesting situation, but some adult's mouthpiece. Whether that adult is an actual out-of-universe person writing her or not is of no importance.

Eda sagely picked a top-of-the-line house demon for her abode.

The runners-up were a penguin sphere, a rooster cone, and a game bird cube.

she had to fight her inner resistance to get the word out so much that once she broke through, there was no stopping it, and the rushing emotions, the fear and the sweat release from the perpetual wondering of could've been all crush into each other to conflate into a cry of pure desire and possessiveness, it's a brutal and beautiful sight, this speeding semi of a confession came at Luz at full force, and Luz was just there standing still, stupefied, immobilized, like a frail bambi dazed by a headlight

We do know they have some kind of connection to magic and the emperor claims to speak to them. We know they use staves similar to witches (perhaps they are just big witches?)
We also know they have similar horns to King.

Let’s get some real discussion up in here. What’s your opinion of emperor Belos? Is he a good villain? What do you think are his goals?

Stonetoss thread? Awesome.

K’ino great horned owl design, but I’m more interested in his barn owl apprentice. The proportions make me think younger character.

Funny how you never say that in trashphibia threads

>spoilers
Hooty is the house. Everyone goes in and out of him as they please so the mere idea of personal space is probably alien to him

He's good so far. Bill Cypher was an excellent villain up until the last episodes

This actually is a perfectly valid point.

>bird aesthetics are a Clawthorne thing
...Eda’s family?

What’s the problem with Bill?

The first episode is so polarizing what I've seen. You either like it or think it's one of the show's worst episodes. I personally think it sucks. Understanding Willow was also pretty polarized when it came out, but people have warmed up to it.

If Stoney keeps this up, there’s going to be a shake-down at Disney animation studios.

First appearances was something along the lines of mystical insane force of nature with barely known motives. Then he got into the world and started acting like a frat boy with his teletubbie crew

>Bill
oh yes, chaos god turned frat boy. the ancient greeks would have loved it.

Looks cool but will embarrassingly job in season 2. Like Warden Wrath but more stretched out. His masked assistant will probably betray him.

Oh yeah, I definitely agree with that. I thought you were talking more about his death, which I think is great.

that would be the best thing to come out of political comics since their inception

>They use staves

There is no way that the Bat Queen is the Titan's Palisman, it's the size of a flea compared to him. A proper Titan Palisman would be the size of an large island.

He's alright, but he needed more presence in the season instead of showing up at the last moment. I'm not saying he had to fight the cast directly, but even just seeing him once would have been better.
His goal is clearly to get more of that Dew, so he can game harder.
No, actually, I think it's very likely that he wants to destroy magic. His attitude of 'I'm the only one that can use it' fits well with that. Plus, it works pretty well thematically, since he's trying to destroy what Luz thinks makes her 'special.'

They live in Hooty's personal space.

We know they weren't witches because we see the Titan's heart behind Belos, and it lacks a bile sack. Odds are, whatever they are is 'above' witches, since witches are just leeching off of it's ambient magic.

Why did they never walk through Hooty's mouth again?

BELOS = LESBO

They didn't want to risk Nintendo's wrath with too many Super Mario Bros 2 references.

Oh fuck, 'he' wants to go on a date with Camilia.
