So, they've finally decided to ditch Batwoman? Fine by me. Maybe Barbara will finally get an upgrade she deserves.

Harley Quinn's very existence just infuriates me. I don't think I've ever despised a character so much.

I mean, Kate failed to keep readers interest on her books and her TV show was mired in controversy thanks to the leading actress. So whatever DC wanted to accomplish with the character didn't come to pass.

Bendis hates when characters not created by him are successful so he try's to ruin them.

So now that Cassandra's wearing her old Batgirl outfit, is she called Batgirl now, or maybe Black Bat? Or still Orphan?

I think she's still Orphan judging feom the December previews. I don't think Babsgirl is going anywhere, despite Tynion's threats about making her Oracle again. If anything, she will be Batgirl that Oracles while Cass and Steph are her sidekicks.

Tynion said recently that Harley is sticking around Gotham and specially sticking very closely to Batman following Joker's War. I wonder how that will play out.

Modern batfamily has difficulty differentiating between character voices and keeping personalities even halfway consistent between titles.

Current Batfam it's not that bigger from the old-school one. It's just Oracle now is doing active duty, we've swapped Huntress for Jaybird, we've gotten ourselves the diversity hire and Harley somehow invited herself in.

Batwoman, Harper, Bette and Batwing are apparently out. KK and Luke Fox are still doing their thing, they are just independent agents now.

DC absolutely fucked her over when they put the kibosh on her wedding and drove Williams out. It pissed off her fanbase and she hasn't had a decent creative team since.
