Remind me when that happened? I just perused through the Giant Magneto issue, and there was no talk of Namor's thoughts on Krakoa.
Additionally, considering the Gates are only usable by Mutants, despite already having been exploited a couple of times, the best way for anyone to attack Krakoa would be by either sea of sky. Considering that Storm and a swarm of flying mutants could cover the sky, from a tactical standpoint, it might make sense to be on good terms with someone who claims dominion over the sea surrounding Krakoa.

Aquaman has the movie when the comic character was given Chad energy, and Namor is often simplified as the guy who wants to cuck Reed, but fails to do so.
He's honestly been his most compelling while fighting with the Invaders, and giving no fucks as a leader of Atlantis and Mutantdom as part of the Illuminati or during Dark Reign
When he's a Sue simp, he's pathetic. When he gets to flex his Chad energy, he's great. The problem is that most people will either write him as a Sue simp, or make him butt heads against the Avengers, like Jason Aaron did early during his Avengers run.
Heaven forbid, Reed and Tony ever realized that Namor has a claim and took a stand alongside him to get humanity to recognize that it's lifestyle is unsustainable and needs to change. Sort of makes me want Ewing to have Banner and Namor work with one another in Immortal Hulk. That seems like something that worlds within the logic and tone of the book.

also, in recent Invaders it was revealed that Chuck messed up a little with Namor's brain, which made Namor a little reluctant to mutant causes
