If you mean Buckybolts, that was Zub. If you mean the T-Bolts team in Punisher, the roster was good (Zemo, Radioactive Man, Moonstone, Fixer, Jigsaw, Ghost), but yeah the art and writing were shit.
That's not Moonstone, that's Star, a new character who spun out of the current Captain Marvel ongoing.

not sure Thunderbolts is necessarily the best place to introduce new characters, but it worked for Troll.
