There goes the kinoplex!

>yes, lets just delay and pushback all movies by half a year or even a full year, what could possibly go wrong
Reap what you sow hollyjew

Cartoon are released in theaters, I'm sorry were released in theaters

People have gotten used to Netflix and Chill. Nobody has the money to go to the threaters

Only Blacks and Hispanics along with China go to the kinoplex. Liberals are self defeating cucks who keep hiding on Discord

Watching stuff at home sucks cock compared to movie theaters so I hope AMC doesn't kick the bucket

They don't care, its all streaming now

Who will miss threatres anyway

Heh who'd ever thought that BOTH the cinemas that blacklisted universal after trolls world tour ended up in severe financial situation

I will, faggot. I still liked going to the movies, this whole lockdown has been unnecessary and pointless, and now movie theaters are going to close because of studios cowardice

>t. never experienced a proper home cinema
Me neither, but from looking at photos they seem nicer than regular cinemas, IMO.

Your precious Trump got it faggot

Theaters or streaming, I just want new shit. This month was supposed to have the new Halloween movie in it. Now I'm reading that movies in May will probably be delayed. I'm not waiting another year for Spiral.

>Trump
OH dear this is the part where this thread gets political

Based China.

I'll miss them, even if I hate Hollywood.

I went to the AMC Hoffman Center 22 in Alexandria, VA growing up. The first movie I remember seeing there was Pokemon 4Ever, and the last one I saw there before I moved was Toy Story 3.

And? It seems that you thought “Trump got the bad cold going around” somehow means “lockdown was necessary”? That is not the case.

Eh the movie industry was heading down this path regardless...covid -19 just sped it up.

Razor was right, once the genie is out of the bottle with streaming movies and cheap 4k smart televisions and surround sound systems, movie theatres start to become obsolete.

Oh no no no no americlaps...

...and recovered in less than a week.

Seethe more and dilate.

Four More Years!

I guess there goes my $75.

Eh, I've seen more retro movies at the Cinemark this year compared to the last 5 years of new releases. Hell, in the last 45 days I saw Akira, Empire Strikes Back and Beetlejuice.

Oh yeah He's obviously doing great lol. Which is exactly why his tweets has taken on the same writing style as the intern who stands in and tweets during his live appearances.

This is going tear apart Hollywood severly.

>in the last 45 days I saw Akira, Empire Strikes Back and Beetlejuice.
Are you in the UK? They're showing those in my city too.

gonna piss off the Oscars since they said movies have to be in theaters first to qualify to piss on netflixs cheerios.

Good, fuck the Oscars. Let them learn the hard way.

nah, US here. But cinemark has been doing these retro shows for a bit now. $5 tickets and they block two seats on both sides of your tickets. Me and my 4 buddies got a whole row to ourselves for Empire with the seats we picked. Sad that I missed out on Raiders of the Lost Arc showings tho.
