CONTEXT: Johnny wanted to borrow their giant drill to go hunting for molepeople, and they got him to volunteer to test their hyper condensed female growth hormone serum in exchange for the drill.
(The implication is that they want to upsize their figures to woo Gil Nexdor)
They overdo it though, literally right after the clip cuts he grows into a giant femme hulk, and then the salt wears off and they give him the drill.

As for last thread I'd say Johnny's Big Sisters' Smackdown has high potential for art just by the concept.
The art of the episode makes them super ugly for comedic effect and the message of the episode.
