The whole stay-at-home trad wife thing is a such a fucking double-edged sword.
During the lockdown my girlfriend moved in with me and after a month I could go back to work but she still couldn't leave the house so we settled on the "I'll stay home and do the chores and cook your breakfast and dinner, it'll be fun tee hee" and it's been a mess.
Her cooking is bland, she doesn't rinse the mop properly so there are wetspots all over the place, she can't figure out how to work the washer/drier and hangs some of the clothes in the closet while they're still soggy, instead of watering the plants she outright drowns them, she doesn't dust, there's an infestation of little geckos for some reason, the dishes and cutlery feel greasy to the touch. She's running up my electricity bill and my water bill and playing my videogames and watching shit on Netflix.
The pocket pussy aspect is nice, she tries and she enjoys it but I'm not sold on it just yet.
I hope it's more that she's young and still learning the ropes, and not that she's simply inept.

Modern women can't wife. They just weren't raised with that kind of work ethic. You can try to discipline her, or ask that she discipline herself to do what needs doing. But you run the risk of driving her away as she's a modern woman with hundreds of other options on Tinder and then some. Marriage just isn't worth it, IMO.
