Honestly after Nox died it was all downhill. The sportsball arc, the post marriage arc and completely nonsensical use of the dofus and the lop's ascent to godhood that was even mildly telegraphed. The new series with badass grandpa and barely tolerable hoodie kid only proves that the only thing good about the show was the design and familiar story.

They tried to trick people into thinking it'd matter out of france with Felicia Day but no.
But even in france it's getting a tepid reception because the game's not particularly good, because for a game spun off from an audio series its silly to not have the complete original voice cast, because the comedy came from characters acting as if they were in a game despite being in a different medium so now it's a game with characters behaving as if they were in a game and that doesn't work nearly as well.
