I actually think a rubber mask over the Obsorn ranger suit might have worked. Maybe with some ragged purple clothing over it to obscure some of the suit so that it's not 100% obvious he just stole their billion dollar project that had a few dozen engineers working on it for years.

It's a lot better than jaundiced spikey hair face we got in Amazing Spider-Man 2.
