I have Hobbit art books.
Those were the shit, the concepts are better than the movies
Cuphead and the Invader Zim art books.

Many such cases
I remember Becky getting into controversy for the "racist" drawing in the first prints of Art & Origins
>tfw the whole controversy and announcement of its removal in future prints is what motivated me to buy it when it was new
Silly drama too. iirc it was an Ian Jones sketch. People love to pretend to be upset nowadays
Both Steven universe ones are 10/10
I love art books, I own a lot from animated movies
it's hard to recommend specific ones, I'd say the Croods one for the amazing backgrounds, the Hotel Transylvania one for the character design and the "They drew as they pleased" series from Disney to see concept art from really old stuff beginning from the 1930's
I wish they would make a drew as they pleased compilation book or something. Frustrating to have to buy so many full priced installments.
I wish more of them were accessible online
I know a few site with some, but there are so many that are only available physically (especially more niche ones) and I don't have the space or money for them
I love looking through them though, it's so neat to see the creative process. I'm an artist and it's so refreshing to see the process people I look up to take
It's also neat to see what the show/movie/game could have been under different circumstances and the content cut from them
What about the new one?
Finished it today. I don't think it's as good as the first but for a fan id still say it's almost perfect. Art and Origins is just so godlike that no sequel could have ever possibly lived up
My growing collection
Nah, Lamar Abrams
>$150
Kill me
Get a job.
This dipshit keeps listing the Breaking the Mold book over and over for 600+ dollars not realizing that nobody in their right mind is going to spend that much for it. It's driving me crazy
Even incredibly rare books usually go for $200 at the absolute most unless they are numbered. He keeps listing it, letting the time run out, and then listing it again not taking the hint.
Having a job doesn't mean you want to spend 150 bucks on an art book. I have books twice as rare as that that I've gotten for way less
Fuck you.
Very nice
Damn bro
based
This one is great. They should really reprint it
Is the invader zim one actually good? I'm always hesitant with cartoon art books without a strong individualized art style
The movie or last season one?
I'd probably cave in for $50 at most
I'd go 250 if I just got paid desu. That one IS incredibly rare.
End of an Era
