Why are MCU movies so childish?

Whenever a city is being destroyed the Avengers start making quips.
In the GOTG 2, they make jokes every 5 minutes and at some point during the climax, Star-Lord turned into fucking Pac-Man. It felt like I was watching a Saturday morning cartoon.

Superhero comics are for kids.

Breitbart is still in business? I thought they got replaced by Qanon or whatever.

>twitter
>breitbart
it's like you value retardation

Bautista is a cuck but he’s right about this. The lefty media doesn’t actually think Trump is a fascist. Most of the media are like parasites leeching off of Trump, he’s basically responsible for keeping their lights on and getting clicks. They would be devastated if he died or got voted out.

I hate this shit too
Its an attitude that has invaded so much media.
Like the writers are afraid to take things seriously, everything is a joke and the characters dont care
I hate it

Its very clear in long running shows like simpsons and family guy

>bitchtista
his hollywood slavemasters are making him claim he's non-binary

Imagine thinking that news would just somehow stop without Trump around
Fucking retard

>Superhero comics are for kids.
They are for everyone and that doesn't explain why they childish even when compared to cartoons like EMH(which is a great series)
Post Annihilation/Pre MCU GOTG we're not even superheroes.

I agree OP
I liked the first GOTG, and i think the second had a nice concept to it...
But holy fuck how annoying it was with all those useless jokes. Why do they spend nearly 2 minutes on Mini-Groot not understanding what he's looking for?
I saw Venom the other day, and it has the same issue.
These sort of movies are so bland they can't even decide if they want to take on a serious topic and explore it, if it wants to make slice-of-life comedy (badly), portray a dark origin or whatever.
The unstable change of atmosphere is so annoying that barely anything seems to have any personal impact on anyone. It's honestly like they had a 12yo co-direct it

If they really want to do action-comedy, why can't they just stick to that?

Why is that terrifying? It's how it should be. Or is Transtista so blue-pilled commie that he actually thinks that anyone who does not think ideologically correct thoughts should be taken away in the night and either shot or put in the gulag?

Having a different political opinion - especially something as pedestrian as agreeing with Trump - shouldn't be cause to wish death on someone.

He should be terrified of the Left he belongs too.

If only you people had realized this before paying the ticket. But nooo...

I don't think you have the slightest clue what QAnon is
And no, don't ask me about it. I don't know either. But i know it's not a news publisher

>capeshit is for grownups like myself
ok zack

>They are for everyone
Cope manchild, you lile garbage made for kids

Because that's what works, look at Thor, he wasn't a fucking clown like the rest of the MCU protagonists, then the first two Thor movies were a failure, they changed him for the third one and now all the normies loves him.

Look, I hate the MCU right now, but I just don't watch their movies anymore because I know what to expect, just ignore the movies, they will die someday, only be mad when we have synergy in comics

News is just political entertainment. The Daily Show for instance doesn't get as good rating when its a Dem cycle and their material is "everything is good now, with some minor exceptions."

Because the Avengers was written by Joss Whedon and he put a shit ton of stupid humor in it and made a shit ton of money. After that they tried to copy his style in later movies and each movie lost its individuality.

That is their appeal. They are dumb, cheesy action movies that never take themselves very seriously. Movies like Logan, Batman v Superman or, as much as I dislike them, Nolan's Batman movies, take a more mature approach.

to appeal to a wider demographic, and it works.

t. manchild

Cope.

It doesn't have to take itself serious
It doesn't have to have a consistent tone
It doesn't have to have a rich universe
It doesn't have to have multiple alien races
It doesn't have to look like the comics
It doesn't have to be based on the comics
It just doesn't have to do anything. The funny wrestler and the tree little guy said the epic funny lines from the trailer, and that is enough for me.

>Cope manchild, you lile garbage made for kids
Calls me manchild while act like one
>ok zack
Whenever someone criticizes those MCU movies they are always accused of being Snyder fans and edgelords

They have to appeal to their audience

Because they are mostly made for kids, you manchilds.

Winter Soldier is the only serious film. Perhaps also Infinity War

They would actually have to WORK rather than making stuff up about an easy target.
