When you don't have to think about it, it's being done correctly. The characters belong right where they are at the moment they're introduced, and it makes sense for them to be there, given the context of the setting they're in.

Theres no such thing as forced diversity. Writers have the power to abandon, disown, and distance themselves from their property and can give reason as to why they do so.
Anything the writer implements and allows is by choice. Therefore forced diversity is a myth.

I think it's forced when it's a "main character" that only exist for the sake of having a character of x race in the show, also when minority characters have no flaws. For background characters or one off characters I don't really care.

It's a question of whether the character adds to the story or is just there to check off a box. For OP's image, Lee Lee and Mi Mi are minor characters who act as Dee Dee's friends, and that's it except for the gag that all three of them have the exact same personality.

It all depends on if the story acknowledges it. If it does then its striking it's own dick. If it's just actual background fluff then it's perfect.
Its the exact reason why sexuality diversity is always going to be forced/shit because if the story isn't about it, then it doesnt need to be there. It's like a character marrying a cat onscreen or mentioning they fuck horses, just bringing it up is going to raise eyebrows so it's best not part of the story.
Forced Diversity is a phrase that actually means "when the writing takes a hard dive into the dumpster because they wanted to point out the diversity of the cast", not nessacarily that the writer was forced at gunpoint to make a cast diverse.
