Are we in the endgame?

Sure looks like it. That thing at the top of the formation of lights is probably the Seed Bismuth, so we're going to get a dive into the very foundations of the Court.

With a hype title like that it is bound to be a couple of underwhelming weeks.

Surely now, now that Tom has begun to move into plot points and story details he's worked on and prepared for for more than a decade... surely now, we won't be disappointed and left feeling underwhelmed, right?

Right?

It certainly looks ominous.

Of course it's going to be great, user. Don't be so pessmistic. Just look at the masterful and fantastic story Tom told about the truth behind the tic tocs. Surely, he'll step it up and bring us another awesome story in the same vein of "DURR I SAD DURR I PUSH DA BUTTON DURR IT DONE"

Last chapter was terrible, yes, okay, but it was the first bad chapter of the comic, presumably because that chapter was planned from the beginning and Tom never made a second draft.

The comic hasn't been the same since Coyote went away, it's like he took the magic with him when Tom killed him off.

When this comic ends I'll be a mix of relieved because I got to read it in its entirety without the end of the world or whatever the fuck cutting it short, but then I will dread the Gunnerkirgg shaped hole in my heart where checking the updates late at night for around a decade used to go.

I'm guessing the dot is supposed to be the original reality in which Annie died and from there they're all attempts to change how things went. Kat is basically going to be spending the rest of her time in the comic figuring out what she has to do next to trap that moment into a loop. I hope it's not something dumb where Loup helps cause the loop

But what did he mean by this?

reminder that even if we know where tictocs come from, we actually don't know why they regrow like plants.

How would you reach this conclusion from that image? Alpha Annie is dead anyway.

So we're all just done at this point, right?
It's been months and months and months since anything at all has happened. There's no way to build things back up, all tension and anticipation is gone.

I miss insane Annie.The twins keep each other in check and it's just not funny anymore.
