How many capeshit tv series are out there?
Ruined then

Fuck you for getting my hopes up, even for a little bit
Have they started airing season 1 yet? If so how censored is it?
I didn't watch it, but I really like the trailer, so I'm glad this gets a continuiation.
It continuously dropped in quality and CW would just fuck it even further
Hey any of y'all got a mega of Moore's Swamp Thing run?
>Katy Keene still cancelled
gay
Swamp Thing cost over 3 times as much per episode than the CW shows, there’s no chance they’d bring it back.
Anyone got the episodes?
>Supergirl cost over 3 times as much per episode than the CW shows, there’s no chance they’d bring it back.
>Stargirl cost over 3 times as much per episode than the CW shows, there’s no chance they’d bring it back.
I've now seen 2 CBR articles saying that season 1 is on hbo max, but it isn't
FACT
They keep teasing this getting continued to get people to use their streaming services.
Didn't they cancel the series before the first episode even aired or something?
Didn’t Supergirl’s budget get slashed to shit? I expect the same will happen to Stargirl.
Not quite it was right after the first episode aired, it was done by a shitty executive that wanted the show to be a medical procedural with Supernatural Elements and canned it when it was turning into a full on horror series. So if talks are back on for this show... then maybe that exec got fired
Yeah budget was gutted when they moved from CBS to CW. Amell has stated about Arrow every year they got renewed, one of the conditions was like a 10% lower budget than year b4
are the ratings actually good? I thought most CW shows got bad ratings, but made money through netflix?
*Good* for CW. Swamp Thing's premiere got their highest ratings since Stargirl's premiere.
>HE IS A SWAMP THING

...y tho?
they could, but he would wear a green leather jacket with leafs
bumpa
>Superman/Swamp Thing crossover
>Constantine appearance
based
Only if they recast Phantom Stranger.
I hope it gets a second season on HBOmax (or anything but the CW). I won't watch it on the CW.
Don't. I have never seen a show decline in quality, completely change it's tone and become stupid so fast. The solution to the "plague" was retarded and then they focused on worldbuilding and expanding upon dozen of characters instead of telling the story. It went from real, Carpenter-like tense and gory horror to Supernatural kind of "an angry ghost, so spooky!" horror in 3 episodes.
There's no reason why they couldn't stick it on HBO Max.
It should be on HBOmax. CW Swamp Thing would literally look lower budget than Wes Craven's movie
>release the second season on a national network after canning the first season from a niche streaming service
Why do we pretend corporate executives got to where they are through intelligence and merit?
Let it die and learn not to knee jerk a project b4 it's released. Also let the CW die or fire the dipshits running the network.
