I tried watching an episode of Season 30, but couldn't. The writing was terrible, and Julie Kavner sounds like she's on her fucking deathbed.

He does

Who even are these people?

I saw the first episode of this season.

In it, after Mr Burns attempts a "bring your child labor" day, he finds out that his employees perhaps don't like him. So he decides to go undercover to decide which employees these are. So he can kill them. A bit much but there's some humor there.

When pretending to be a normal worker among them, he realizes he likes his employees, especially when he's nice to them. So as Mr. Burns he acts nicer to them. He gives them things. Hey a good lesson.

But he goes too far. For instance, disposable Segways in the parking lot so you can drive from your car to the building and throw it out. OMG he's going broke giving into all the demands of the workers! So Smithers tries to warn the employees about this. That Mr. Burns -has- to be mean (and keep in mind this is Mr. "Block out the sun, skin puppies for clothes, steal the oil from a public school" Burns. He has to be that way, or the -nuclear power plant- will go broke.

So he confronts himself and everything goes back to the way it is. Because that's the only way for the rich to grant us nice things like electricity. There's no middle ground between Disposable Segways and Releasing the Hounds.

>Disposable Segways and Releasing the Hounds.
Hounds on disposable segways when?

Only the treehouse of horror episodes

>It's mainly old re-runs
I wish. Sky just keeps showing middle Simpsons after the art style became clean.
There's still some funny stuff there but it always falls apart in the second half.

>he has to be evil or it goes to shit
Is actually a normal premise for something funny but not with Simpsons writers.
>But he goes too far. For instance, disposable Segways in the parking lot so you can drive from your car to the building and throw it out.
So it's another Mr. Burns can't function in society and is completely detached from reality episode? I never liked those.

hounds on segways with bees in their mouth so when they bark they shoot bees at you

Ironically the one person in this image that broke the Law was Ilhan Omar.

Sneedhouse!

One thing I don't understand, we all know simpsons is shit now, they know too, so why aren't they trying a reboot or something like that?
Unless they turn them into SimpsonsGo, it can't be worse than the actual ones.

Wait Bart is a woman?

Yes, that's why it still airing

It's presently the highest rated scripted series of any kind on broadcast television in its 32nd season... but yeah, other than that, nobody's watching it.
