Probably his best outfit. But Miles is Marvel poster boy for diversity (at least for spiderman) so I don't think they want a black/Puerto Rican going around with knives.

Because multiple talented people get to do interesting and new things to help build up and grow a character's reputation instead of the same lame ass "woke" marvel writers who only know how to regurgitate the same shit over and over?

Bendis is a hack, so before people had to sit down and figure out how to properly adapt Miles the character was (and still is) stuck on a never ending loop of "trying to leave up to Beter Barker" while being doubtful of his own skills.

If other writers wanted to add Miles to their team or write about him, that's all the character is allowed to be. Video games and Movies creators however, realize that is a character arc, and not a character status quo, so they often frame it as a "coming of age" story where the character grows from it instead of overcoming a great obstacle while also doubting himself for eternity.

Without picking up spider-man legacy after peter parker death. 616 feels like marvel Batwoman. Most comic writer can’t write miles morals beyond just being black spider-man. Also being part Latino so early comes up. It might as well not be there.
