Rorschach would slip on a banana peel and accidentally kill himself with a grapple hook misfire.

About as well as anyone else who doesn't agree with him

Dexter would find a vaccine but Dee Dee would screw it up.
The gov kills Dee Dee.
Dexter's vaccine heals everyone.

I didn't want to make this thread but now I can post this shitty idea without being directly at fault.

Can anyone come up for a good explanation for why their favorite character would be pro-Trump? I've seen people genuinely upset at the idea that characters like Superman or Hellboy wouldn't like the guy and I'm never convinced by their reasoning The first week beyond the election was plagued by the controversy of him being actually infuriated that his inauguration crowd numbers were lower than average in the most liberal city in the country and his character hasn't gotten better since.

I can see a character like Rorschach believing every conspiracy theory under the sun and liking him because he hates commies and criminals and is okay with any harm that comes to the system, but otherwise?

I will cry tears of joy on the day that the USA is reduced to nothing but a crater of nuclear hellfire.

Why wouldn' I like Mr Trump? He's a damn fine example of the American Dream: white with a nice shade of orange, aryan blonde, rich and with a nice family, just like me.
And he's gonna get rid of niggas and mexicans, that's a nice bonus. Mexicans are the niggas of Latin America and niggas be niggas. And they both gotta go back.

Trump's son in law saying today that blacks aren't rich because they don't want to be rich sounds pretty on brand for Ruckus.

>Can anyone come up for a good explanation for why their favorite character would be pro-Trump?
Do you mean specifically pro-Trump or would you include anti-anti-Trump? Because I can absolutely imagine any character that is anti-establisment or simply cares about freedom seeing Trump and what he represents as the lesser of two evils.

Making the case for liking Trump's character is harder and I'm not really up for that because I don't know that many Zig Forums characters on account of only coming her occasionally to chat about two-three cartoons, but you could easily make the case that any trickster or rebel character interested in "sticking it to the man" could be for Trump. If I were to name one character that doesn't fit this archetype, but still might endorse Trump, I think it wouldn't be out of character for Captain America to do it. Not the Chris Evans version, obviously.

I'm sure I'll get shit on for this opinion though, but I'm just a Yuropoor with no stake in the election so take what I say with a grain of salt.

8 days until Americans take their meds, then we will be safe for another 4 years.

>Mall Santas, to the front of the line, you get the vaccine first!

It's a strain of the common cold, find something better to post about.

He couldn't do any worse than what is happening rn

joke's on you yuropoor trump is going to refuse to concede and we're going to enter a civil war
then it's american election season forever

>whole episode is about Dexter working for a cure
>finally, after so many trials, tribulations, DEEDEE, and set backs, has it!
>presents his findings to the president
>Trump looks up from his phone, barely acknowledging Dexter
>"oh thanks I guess but we're just going to do nothing now"
>Dexter makes a shocked face, episode ends

Do you not expect a massive shitstorm to happen on every major site that allows you to communicate with others regardless of the results? It's not over user, it's only starting

Yeah, thank god Trump will win and Biden will go to jail for using his position as VP to illegally gain funds from Moscow Ukraine and China.

Why would Dexter be a health advisor? He was more of a physicist/chemist/engineer than someone who dabbled with medicine unless I'm forgetting something

What do you think Trump stands for and what do you think Captain America stands for? That's not a trick question, I'm genuinely curious because I just can't understand why people think this way and I really want to.

Let's go through that comic you posted for example, tl;dr incoming:

>You were told that America is the greatest country in the world.
First of all, this is coming from a guy literally called Captain America. Second, I see nothing objectionable about liking your country and Cap thought there was anything wrong with it, he'd probably rename himself Captain Planet™ or something.

>He told you that America could have its impurities hammered out.
I don't recall Trump ever having said or even vaguely implied anything remotely similar to this.

>America is nothing without its commitment to freedom.
I think Trump has done a lot for freedom. He's the first president since I remember to not start a new war. That's got to be worth something, right? People call him a fascist and a nazi, but I'm absolutely not seeing it. Just a reminder: I'm from Europe. Many countries here have literal self-proclaimed nazi parties sitting in their parliaments and he's nothing like them. Not in any way.

Plus, the combination of the coronavirus and the race riots are basically any authoritarian wannabe dictator's wet dream. It's the perfect opportunity to grab power and consolidate it, but he didn't do that. He did the opposite. He was so law & order that he didn't use federal police to enforce the law because it would violate states rights, until he found out he could just deputize local police. Meanwhile governors in big cities were acting like rogue princes or robber barons.

All the things he's being accused of, I'm just not seeing it. All I see is a foul-mouthed petty egoist who happens to like his country and is trying to a good job of leading it because he thinks it'll make him popular. That's my read on Trump.

>tfw a guy from Europe has a more accurate read on Trump than half of the US.

>All I see is a foul-mouthed petty egoist who happens to like his white country and is trying to a good job of leading it because he thinks it'll make him popular.
Only real correction to your post.

Trump has gotten more black exonerated than any president before him due to prison reform. Biden (and Kamala) put thousands away for minor drug crimes. Grow up, Trump isn't a racist.

>white country
This right here is exactly what I mean though. I see no signs of 'whiteness' being something he cares about so what are you seeign that I don't? This guy's a New York liberal who used to rub elbows with the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. He's a fan of sports and is buddies with a bunch of black athletes, plus rappers used to write songs about him when he was still an A-list celebrity.

At the very least he's had so much willing exposure to black people that it's hard to argue that he's a racist. You could even say he's inoculated from racism because he Daryl Davis'd himself.

OG Dexter? Or soulless Picasso Dexter? Because the latter will awkwardly make useless shit for five minutes while Trump stares at him in a Lynchian fashion.

>he'd probably rename himself captain planet
He did something like that once, IIRC after he found out that the head of a supervillain criminal conspiracy was President Nixon (this actually happened) he became ashamed of the flag and gave up the mantle to someone else for a spell.
Anyway, Cap doesn't really strike me as the type full of blind zeal. I've always gotten the impression that he loves america because he genuinely believes in the american dream and what america can stand for, not "I'm from there, so it's the best." The point of that page is that America and its symbols aren't worth shit if it ever becomes a horrible, hateful place, which is an entirely reasonable position.
As for that user relating it to Trump, that's messier because Trump absolutely loves to pander towards racial fears, but he obscures his own views just enough to hold some plausible deniability. In the leadup 2018 midterms he painted a migrant caravan that was approaching the border as a severe threat, literally using the term "invasion" to describe it and immediately stopped talking about it once the elections were over and the caravan had disintegrated at the border. Now, he's trying to pander towards anxious largely-white suburban housewives by saying that Biden will make living in their neighborhoods affordable so poor people can move in and that BLM will leaves the cities to invade and destroy their homes for no reason in particular.
On the potential to turn to authoritarianism, the way you'd do that in a country like america isn't a sudden "i am the senate" moment where you take control all at once, that simply wouldn't be possible. You'd have to start taking baby steps in that direction by doing stuff like normalizing populist rhetoric, calling the legitimacy of your enemies and political opponents into question, posing the joking suggestion to your followers that maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea if you got more than two terms, etc.

As a brief followup I don't think Trump wants the stress of being a genuine dictato-for-life or whatever, I just think he wants to go down in history as a universally-beloved winner and he doesn't like being blocked from doing whatever he feels will make that happen.
