Okay so Bruce is now some sort of fucked up Tree of Knowledge sprouted from the corpse of Devil Hulk now, giving Sterns access to more green doors than ever. If he can manipulate ALL the Gammas into meeting into one place, it could be enough to allow The One Below All to cross over into the physical plane, basically merging all the doors into one large portal. Now if Bruce is the Tree of Knowledge, then what fruit will he bear for Sterns? I could see Devil Hulk being reborn from Banner, as Devil Hulk is basically the snake of temptation who could trick Sterns into losing. Besides you can't really kill any of the mental projections anyway.
The question I have to ask now; What is The Red Door? We know The Red Door is basically what stops Gammas from resurrecting. If Gamma is the essence of TOBA, then it stands to reason that The Red Door could be composed of Power Cosmic, the shit that is the essence of The One Above All, and the very thing that changed The Fantastic Four into what they are. Is Thaddeus Ross somehow a mix of both energies?
