Good Zombie Simpsons Episodes
Sebastian Cooper

Behind the Laughter, Trilogy of Error and I Am Furious (Yellow) come to mind, though it depends on one’s personal definition of where ZS starts.

Wow, at least you can laugh at yourself OP.

One of, if not the only episode that can truly claim to be series-finale-worthy.

>Good Zombie Simpsons Episodes
Oxymoron of the year.
Jeremiah Lewis
It was okay, I liked the scene where Homer is building the little spaceships on a bottle and says he would break every single one for a drop of beer, everything else was meh
And Lisa shouldn't have ended up with Millhouse

>And Lisa shouldn't have ended up with Millhouse
To be fair, she agrees with you to an extent.

I hate this. Its so lazy.
Jeremiah Peterson
The one with Homer joining a fat pride group was okay
Gabriel Martin
wait till you find out about genetics

The rule doesnt apply to other characters this strongly is my point. Bart is not a short homer. Lisa is not a short Marge. Outside of hair color, the other children of Springfield are at least somewhat distinct from their parents.
Hunter King
Milhouse
Levi Green
>Lisa is not a short Marge.
Technically she is. Hairstyle and eyelash count aside, all three girls' heads are constructed identically.
Matthew Diaz
has some characteristics of his parents but isnt exactly them but shorter
Gavin Clark
I liked it because Lisa got beat up
Christopher Phillips
HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG

There are none. The “good” ones are mediocre at best. Why you would spend your time sifting through all the sterile, unfunny garbage just to get a passable episode or two is beyond me.

I live in Latin America and literally everyone here considers seasons 9 to 15 to be an extension of the classic Simpsons era. Those seasons still kept the original Mexican dub actors for Homero, Marge, Bart & Lisa who are considered god tier voices here. Even though the quality of the eps was already on the decline in those seasons, those original voices were still there which made those episodes bearable at the very least and often actually fun. The actors still kept their charm and soulfulness from the early seasons.
When season 16 came out, those actors we all loved and grew up with were replaced with soulless, mediocre imitators, and the Simpsons was never the same since. They officially and unequivocally became zombie Simpsons after that season, and as a result no one in Latinoamerica watches them anymore since the new voices really are just terrible and cant stand up to the old dub actors, even though the new cast has actually spent more years voicing the characters than the old one. The new guy really cant match Humberto Velez as Homero so no one gives a shit about the Simpsons anymore.

I want lisa to belly dance for me
Matthew Martin
Is Lisa actually supposed to be chubby like Bart?
Henry Price
yes, the simpsons family is all fat except for marge
Xavier Myers
marge is flaccid

I feel like Seasons 9-11 is Decline, everything from season 12 to Season 18/Simpsons Movie is what hardcore fans would call Zombie Simpsons but in retrospect is really Simpsons' Dying Gasp
Season 19 onwards is actual Zombie Simpsons

Brazil has the same thing with South Park; back then they had a dub (that remains mostly lost with the exception of the movie which retains these voices) which was done by Warner Bros' dub studio (and features most of the cast of JLU doing roles; Superman/Guilherme Briggs was Randy).
They covered the first seasons and then it would be abandoned after a controversy over Bigger, Longer and Uncut airing uncensored on free-to-air TV prior to prime time.
Then Comedy Central came to Brazil and they shove this godawful dubbed version of the show (with most of them being Miami voice actors, which tend to suck in latin dubs) everywhere; the channel doesn't allow to change the language track and South Park Studios only airs the dub if you have a brazilian IP (sure, you can just use VPN or pirate it, but I take this as a dumb move on their part).
