I just assumed when Manhattan freed the real Pre-flashpoint Power Girl from his prison when he brought back the JSA, he also let out Tanya offscreen.
Though really does anybody actually care about Tanya? I only care about her as far as it might be related to getting the real Karen back.
Cameo in the Shazam book. I'd say there's a good chance her of ending up canon fodder there.

We don't know if it's a cameo or not, but she's part of a team Shazam put together, all depends on how important that team ends up being to the story.
Because their absolutely FULL of D and C-List fodder with just how many damn characters have been on the various Titan teams over the years.
That said most of the ones in this spread are at least B-listers though you do still got people like Risk, Mirarge and Argent for you C-List Fodder.
