Kind of when it was gradually dying down. Satanic Panic was more of an 80s thing. That said, this was a Disney cartoon so naturally more parents would've been concerned.

I'm kind of nitpicking here, but I'm pretty sure that Darkwing Duck (and the whole Disney Afternoon lineup for that matter) aired on Fox. The ABC/Disney deal didn't go through until a few years later.
