Cap's powerlevel is definitely Ultimate-inspired.
MCU Hulk still sort of still has the same origin as Edward Norton Hulk, it's a bit wishy-washy because it was supposed to be but then they booted Norton so they try to not make any references. But Hulk is still an attempt to replicate Cap's powers, using Gamma Rays instead of Vita Rays, and the military bad guy was using a different attempt at replicating Cap's powers to become The Abomination.

Wanda and Quicksilver's incest was turned into a joke reference where they're really close and Tony was even supposed to do a flowers in the attic joke.

Basically, they took all the good ideas from the Ultimates, like Hulk actually being an attempt to replicate Cap rather than a random bomb test and Spider-Man being the younger hero starting out, and ignored the retarded shit like everyone being edgy assholes, Thor being a hippie cult-leader and toned down the incest to be a shortlived joke.

even with those, and i disagree about cap, there's little he's done that 616 couldn't and personally i'm convinced peter is heavily inspired by spectacular spider-man, it's still a lot to say the mcu is heavily inspired by the ultimates.

Random questions about super strength vs. super strength battles, cause these things always bugged me.
1) How does the Thing withstand blows from the Hulk? Doesn't the Hulk regularly just smash through rocks with ease?
2) Why do they pick up cars to smash into each other? If they rip through cars like toilet paper, why do they resort to smashing their opponent with something that is weaker than their punches?
3) How the fuck when you have Hulk vs. Red Hulk do you have seismic activity for miles?!

If by confronting you mean landing two times on his head and then getting knock down to the other side of the city.

616 Cap is meant to be just Peak Human, while Ultimate Cap is superhuman. MCU Cap jumps out of planes without a parachute, kicks people so hard they fly twenty feet and bend solid steel railings on impact, and fights Thanos 1-on-1. That clearly puts him further into the realm of Ultimate Cap.
