With PSAs like this one they KNOW that adults are trying to force their opinion on you, and kids hate that shit, which is why at some point most enter a rebellious age because they got sick of it. Which will have the opposite effect, as they will do the opposite of what you tried to teach them, just out of spite.
But if you show them a scene that acts completely natural, just white guys and black guys hanging out, no mention of race whatsoever, kids will automatically think that this is the norm.
