So after Season 11's finale, do you think this fucker is STILL in a coma or what?
Archer
No, but I think that just because he is out of the coma doesn't mean he is mentally well. Archer had a LOT of undiagnosed and untreated mental and emotional issues even before he almost dies and spent 3 years trapped in his dreams.
Archer needs to see a shrink. Badly.
Is it just me or was Ray barely in any episodes this season? He sort of just stayed behind on most missions and barely did anything until the final two episodes, and even then he was kind of pointless. One would think he'd have had more interaction with Archer since he was crippled for a while himself.
Ray's voice actor doesn't want anything more to do with Archer as a show. He's done. He will show up to get a paycheck, but he wants out.
To add to this Ray's voice actor is Adam Reed, the creator and former show runner. He's just been doing the daily grind for the show for awhile. FXX must pay him a bundle to stay around since it is of its few popular shows. He has been in a reduced role since season 10 ended.
They had a season?
I'll call you a hearse. This is for Cody.
Ray was always the worst of the group anyway.
That's a funny way of spelling Cheryl.
What was the deal with that episode with the crew going to that Island to have a secret vacation away from Archer, and then absolutely no follow through in the next episode?
The writers clearly have no idea what to do with the show anymore.
No, I don't think so. What would the real real reality be like if that was the case? Basically the same except Lana got together with Krieger?
Mallory found out and nixed it since she didn't want them partying on her company's dime
You are wrong.
>The writers clearly have no idea what to do with the show anymore.
Three seasons. I thought the coma dreams were going to provide critical insight into some of the shows biggest mysteries, like who Archers real dad is. Instead they fucking puttered around for three goddamn seasons doing absolutely fucking nothing and providing nothing for the overall story.
Worse, nah. But definitely the most unnecessary.
The coma seasons existed because Adam Reed was goddamn bored of the show.
Well said. It's kind of funny that their most professional field agent is a superfag with a southern accent but he doesn't really add anything. It was funny when he kept getting put in a wheelchair but I don't blame them for not taking back onto that too reduce his presence. I wouldn't be surprised if they did it next season though.
mega?
It's the only successful animated series FX has ever had. The rest ended in failures that never quire made it through a first season. And now after the Disey buyout and reshuffling of resources, plus COVID murdering budgets everywhere, I do not think FX will be bothering with another original animated series for a while.
This has been true since the CIA season, 5 years ago.
Haven't watched in years. Are they spies again or are they doing some gay gimmick like space or some shit?
I'm surprised anyone still gives enough of a shit about this show to check in.
I watched like 2 episodes of adventure island before realizing that there were much better ways for me to waste my time
They are spies again in the same old building as the first 5 seasons but with no explanation behind it.
Archer, Pam, Mallory, and Cheryl >> Ray and Cyril > Lana
the entire fbi raiding them was a set up to be "burned" spies doing crimes and isis was "closed" because they were on a mission
I would love that reality because AJ would basically become a mad scientist with Kreiger as her father. Also while archer would still be mad he probably would be less mad if Kreiger married Lana or if Ray married Lana. I know ray is gay but he has mentioned that he would have sex with Lana at least once and if she guilted him enough he would put a baby in her as well.
Frisky Dingo was better
I liked when he blended with the group. Like he'd annoy Archer by being just as petty as he was, or encouraging the others when they consider becoming a rogue state, or being Lana's sane friend. With most of the cast being pushed aside, Ray's lost his rolls.
is she the most unfaithful gold digger slut in all of fiction?
Honestly, it's kinda bullshit how they go back and forth with the spy thing. Sure, Seasons 6&11 have some good episodes but couldn't they have done those BEFORE the FBI raid in Episode 1 of Vice? And then just do Vice, some stuff with Barry, Archer's father, Katya, etc. and end the fucking thing.
The coma seasons could've been a spin-off series on the side.
No where even close
