It's going to be PG-13 movie, I imagine it would be similar to the older ones action-wise (they weren't that gory to warrant an R rating) but with no titties, no bad words, maybe a darker tone of red blood to make it seem slightly less violent.

It's not that Blade is without jokes or one-liners, it's that there is a different styles to how he does it. Can you imagine Blade dropping non-stop ribbing at his opponents or Spider-Man saying "some motherfuckers are always trying to iceskate uphill?" You've got to have it fit the character and tone of the film.
