So wait he's Ditko + Peter Parker (who had some similarities to Ditko to begin with), Alma is Gwen and Carl is Flash Thompson?

Pretty sure it's just an imitation of his style, as the Osborn hair and fact it's in a draw mean it's clearly meant to be a Spider-Man page, and Marvel own the rights to those.

At this point the only way this comic could redeem itself is if he's ranting and raving about an even more poorly thought out, monstrous blatant Stan Lee proxy.
